+ 0 moreHe arrived on time, stayed until it was complete and left the area clean. It took about 7 hours. I paid him $50 for gas also for picking up the materials. He did not ask for it. He is polite and a pretty quiet worker.
Description of Work: Cory installed a suspended ceiling in my basement. It is a 19x13 room. He picked up and delivered all of the materials and made a special trip so I wouldn't miss the discount.

+ -1 moreCory saved my Christmas. I started a " simple" kitchen remodel project in early November. The first contractor turned out to be unreliable and eventually his conduct became inappropriate and I had to fire him. The first contractor had "promised" I would be back in my kitchen by Thanksgiving. It was now well past Thanksgiving. Two weeks before Christmas I called Cory based on a reference I received at work. He immediately came to complete an estimate for me. He looked at the disaster of my kitchen, listened when I told him what had happened so far and took charge. Cory was able to explain what needed to be done step by step. Cory was working on another remodel at the time, but was willing to work weekends in order for me to have a functioning kitchen before Christmas and I did. Cory worked the weekend before Christmas and as promised before he left I had a sink, a stove and the refrigerator out of my living room. We were able to prepare Christmas dinner for our children. After the holidays were over Cory completed the entire kitchen. It is beautiful. He listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make what I wanted work. He respected my opinions and offered his professional opinion when I was not sure what route to go. Cory is my contractor and will be the first call I make for any future work I need completed.
