I paid him $7,000 and he left before the job was finished. I had to hire someone else at additional expense. I also had to hire a plumber because the sink he installed leaked into the base cabinet and damaged it. (I called him to find out what plumber he had used and he didn't return my calls even to let me know that)

Not sure did not even call me back for an estimate.

They did the job very well. It really turned out looking nice. They did the job in a timely fashion. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were professional.

Still waiting, could at least have told me they were busy and it would take too long, or something, but not leave me hanging believing they would get back before I made a decision from the other estimates

I left a detailed message on the answering machine, but no one ever called back. I didn't try to contact them again.

I called a couple of times, left messages on a answering machine leaving name, number and explanation of work needing to be done. They never returned my calls.

I never heard from them at all.

I watched them and I was completely satisfied with his work. His prices were a little better than others.

They were very professional, speedy and I felt the cost was very reasonable.

it went very well. I called to accept there estimate and they were able to start the job 4 days later. They arrived on time every day asked permission to work past 5 because it was suppose to rain and they wanted to get as much done as possible before the rain. they had the job completed when they said they would even came back after the dumpster was picked up to clean up where the dumpster was and reclean around the house to make sure that all the nails were picked up so my dog didn't step on any. Because I have a dog they made sure everything was picked up before they would take a break so I wouldn't worry about my dog stepping on any nails. They had to replace some boards that wasn't expected and the cost wasn't that much more than the estimate. They were very profesional. I had a warrenty claim to do for my old roof and they were willing to help with all of it from taking the pictures and developing them, saving shingles to mail in to going online and getting the paperwork done.
