We made several visits to the showroom, which was well displayed. Staff was very knowlegeable and helped us decide which windows would be best for our home. We have an older home and wanted to use the existing frames due to character of the woodwork and help save on cost. An estimator came to our home and was punctual. He took the time to show us and explain what needed to be done, which was wrapping the existing exterior frames and replacing some rotten wood. An in home estimate was given and follow up by staff was done. We decided at this point not to have our windows replaced. Would definately recommend working with this company.

Never seen a company with such dedicated professional workers. Told me when they were coming. what vehicles they would have and to ask for identification when they showed up. They had everything they needed, even their own power. I had to supply NOTHING. In 5 1/2 hrs. they had installed 6 windows, vacumned inside and out and even cleaned all the windows. Absolutely nothing to pick up inside or out. Being a widow, this is the best company to deal with. I have had previous experience of some companies showing up to do work, then asking for electric cords, tools, stepladders and even caulk.

I went to Kolbe & Kolbe to check into repairing or replacing my current sliding screen door, just ahead of a large party I was holding. For the party, we would need access to the deck through that door. It was decided that the current screen door was in bad shape and warped--but could be fixed. Or, I could opt for a new sturdier screen door be made up the following week. The wonderful people working at Kolbe Gallery worked a miracle and got me a new screen door that same day--totally constructed for the door. And, through the kindness of one of them, he delivered it and installed it too. I can never be thankful enough for their listening to my problem, attempting to do whatever it took to fix it, and then initiating a method to do it!! I have the highest regard for Kolbe Gallery and their responsive, responsible employees!!

A rock flew from my lawn mower and shattered a large window of tempered glass. The window slowly fell out in little bitty pieces. I called a few places that could not get the size of glass or the type of glass. Kolbe was not sure they could help but sent someone to look at it. THe service was polite and very helpful. They were able to help me and at a reasonable cost. The glass looks perfect and ready for a long cold winter ahead.

I had them come out four different times. The first time they couldn't figure out why one of my windows was leaking. They came back with an expert and pinpointed the problem. They did not charge me any travel or service charge fees, which is rare in this area. They were very professional throughout the process and I was very happy with them. They went the extra mile to make sure everything ran smoothly and made sure I was happy as a customer.
