Just Build It Construction LLC

This is the worst contractor I have ever hired. Doesn't show, doesn't contact you. This was total frustration and we ended up firing him. We had to hire an Attorney to get our money back. Terrible experience. Don't hire this guy.

After paying a $4,000.00 deposit in June, he was supposed to be here in Mid July. Last week Mike advised me that he would try to fit me in this week. It is hard to contact him. It is now the middle of the August and I still do not know when or if he will begin the work. If you work with this company you must put a definite state date in the contract. We are now at the point that we may have to demand our deposit back.

The workmanship and quality of the finished project was excellent. From removal to rebuild took a very long time. Mike of JBI (Just Build It) stated that he had had issues and asked to finish the job. Once restarted work was completed in an excellent and timely manner. In a previous review I had a low opinion of JBI. I hope that any past issues have been resolved because the work done on my decks was top notch. Would have been all A ratings if not for the early issues.

This company and contractor were recommended by the painter I had contracted with to paint my house. Mike Juedes was very timely and communicative in his efforts to pick up a deposit. After that, he has been unresponsive and unreachable. Until message from the painter that Just Build It ( Mike Juedes ) would be at my house to do siding repair and remove two decks prior to painting. The siding work he did do was fair, some was going to be completed when he came back to replace the decks.. it's been over 3 months now with no response to phone or email messages. My side door has a 6 foot drop to the ground and the back door has a 2 foot drop. Old post holes were left unfilled and some posts left sawed off a foot above the ground. The area was left in an unsafe condition. With the ground now frozen it will be months before it is possible to set post footings. Work completed is worth about 30% of my deposit. Mike Juedes and Just Built It Construction, can at best be rated as BUYER BEWARE !!!!!

Mike and his team did an excellent job. Mike is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, has a great team with whom he works and the outcome is great. Mike talked with us, provided answers to questions, worked with us to make the project financially feasible, and answered questions not related to the deck but possible future projects. The area was left neat and clean each day, and all were considerate of the surrounding areas. We highly recommend Mike and will use him on future projects if they arise.

Excellent! Builder was on time to start and completed as scheduled. The stairs and deck is more solid than the old one was even when new. Everything was cleaned up when he left and he addressed all my concerns that I brought up when we first discussed the job.
