He told me ahead of time he would have to fit my project in between others he had, we had the time for him to do that, so it took him a couple months o finish the job but he kept in touch, he told us when he would be coming, and he came. If there was a change, he let us know. WE gave him full access to the house at his leisure, including the combos to the security systems, so he could come and go as he wished --- that is how much we trust him. We gave John wide berth in choosing what to do, especially with regard to the hanging ceiling deigns and the lighting. He had to tear out the flimsy wall paneling and styrofoam insulation sheets, and the hanging ceiling and lighting. He had to frame the basement, put in state of the art insulation, redirect the cooling-heating ducting, put up the wallboard and mud, install a new hanging ceiling, install new lighting, and adapt to some add-ons we put in at the last minute to extend the area to be renovated. He had to work around a messy area of junk we had piled up to do this extension. He then had the basement painted in multiple colors of our choosing, and had new tiling put in the bathroom. I allowed John to select all his subs and found each one to be of the highest caliber. In my view, John and his team are among Wausau's very finest professionals to this kind of work. I have asked him to take on a small project outside and if I can gather the money, Iw ill want him to do a larger project to extend the size of our kitchen. I do not command the English language well enough to give him and his team the praise they deserve. I did not compete him so I do not know how his proces match those of others. I would presume he is a bit higher, but he works hard to keep his prices reasonable and as far as we are concerned, we are getting great value for his work. Hire the Christianson tam and you need not worry.

John Christianson is among the most professional, capable builders I have yet to meet, and I'm 67. He aprticipated in a complete renovation of our kitchen, including teardown, installation, tile floor installation, and bathroom tile instalatin and new shower accessory installation. I hired another company to lead the effort, and asked the owner point blank of he was the general contractor, as I wanted to hold a single person responsible. He said he was the generalc ontractor, but in point of fact did nothing a general contractor is to do. John Christianson ran the show on his own because of his professionalism. I lack a goon enough command over the English language to describe how good his work is, how professional he is, and how much I trust him. He has to told me he can renovate our basement and build me a garage if I were to want tose jobs done. I do, but want to raise the money first. Once I do, I will call him an dno one else
