Great design and quality.?Stunningly sharp looking. Dustin was very good at communication. He was professional, patient, and willing to share knowledge. The price includes lawn/sprinkler system recovery and a service door threshold shaping. Among three bids, his design was the best. The project run smoothly. The price, considering the amount of work, was also the best. On time and reliable. I can't be happier. For major project like this, you have to use Hamland Construction!

Excellent.  Dustin Hamland is a pro.  My experience from start to finish is that I was dealing with a caring professional who knows his craft, takes pride in his work, and goes the extra mile to make sure that not only his part of the project, but others part, would be successful. Dustin helped us figure out a number of solutions to problems, worked efficiently and went above and beyond his contracted duty. The city inspectors praised Dustin's work ethic, ability to get the job done, and quality craftsmanship. We were blessed to have Hamland Construction working on our project!

We had a water main leak and part of our concrete driveway (which was put in service only 5 years ago by a previous owner) had to be torn up for the repair.  The rest of the driveway was crumbling and the front step and sidewalk were not up to current codes.  Dustin was very helpful in planning our project (as I know relatively little about concrete and what is possible).   He gave us an estimate and was forthcoming with possible changes if things were discovered upon removal of the old surfaces that would require more work to correct.
Our project was affect a little by mother nature, but Dustin always kept us informed of the schedule and what would be best for the completion of our project.  He and his crew did great prep work and the completed project is just what we were looking for.
The entire process was handled with great communication (which is a must for me) and all my expectations were met.

This was a small job, handled as if it were a big one.

Dustin is extremely knowledgeable about the reasons for cracks forming on the cement floor.? He pointed out that my garage is sitting on the slab and would have to be raised to replace the slab. He certainly could do that but?the condition of my whole garage ?would dictate an expensive procedure.? He was very willing to give an estimate but he said his honest recommendation was to not? replace the slab at all but to think about replacing the whole building.? I really appreciated his professional advice and have decided to do nothing at this point.

All work was done to my satisfaction, on time, great clean up and the workers were all friendly and well spoken.

He was very prompt, arriving at the appointment time.  His bid was detailed and he followed up with an email suggesting some alternatives to the steps we discussed.  We accepted a different bid but I am sure he would have done a good job.  We would use him in the future.

We had a small project and had a hard time finding someone to do the job. Although Dustin was booked up with other projects, he agreed to do the job. He came over at 7 AM and completed the project before he went over to his other bigger project. He did a great job and is a very nice guy. I would highly recommend this company.

Although the estimate from Dustin Hamland was not the lowest, Dustin's explanation of just what he would do, how and when the work would be done, convinced both my wife and me that we should select him to do the job. Dustin and his crew worked hard and steadily to remove the old concrete, then to place the necessary forms, prepare well the base, and finally to pour and finish the concrete. On the day the concrete was poured, there were enough concrete finishers present to insure that the work would be done very expeditiously.

Hamland Construction did our concrete job in a considerate and most-professional manner, from start to finish. I have already recommended them to several neighbors who are considering concrete work; and I am confident that whoever has work done by Hamland Construction will be very satisfied with the results.

It went really well.  They had to use a jackhammer because it was so thick.  All debris was removed, no damage to lawn from hauling concrete around the house.

Dustin Hamland provided an estimate.  He was professional and no-pressure.  He provided a reference from a nearby neighbor.

We were rebuilding our deck and the person that was suppose to dig and pour the footers backed out on us at the last minute. I contacted Hamland Construction and Dustin was able to fit us into his schedule on very short notice. He accomodated our schedule, working over the weekend to get the site ready for building inspector. He was pleasent to work with and we passed the building inspection with flying colors. I would definitely work with Hamland again!

Minor delay (1 1/2 days) on start time due to backlog from weather.  Simple job went as expected.  It took a couple days and a phone call to have the various people pick up remaining tools and materials but they were responsive and very courteous.

All in all I was very happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for similar work.

Asked me how I wanted it done, what my plans were for finishing the walls so he knew just what I wanted and needed. He did exactly what I wanted. Cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Arrived when he said he would and the job took the amount of time quoted. Very professional. I will use him again when I'm ready to do the rest of the basement.
