"Tim was highly professional and punctual in fact they showed up an hour early. I wasn’t able to be home while Tim was performing the work. But he kept me in the loop the entire time. He advices a better alternative to solve my electrical outlet needs. Tim was very responsive with addressing all of the questions I asked via text leading up to the install day. Over the last couple of years I’ve had electrical work done by three other electricians two of which were good. Overall the level of service Tim provided was above and beyond."

He called to ask some questions when he got there and we further discussed him changing out all of our light switch es plates/receptacles/outlets as they were mismatched from previous owner ( this is a summer lake property for us- 2nd home). We agreed on a price and and he did it all the same day. Husband went up to look at work today and was thrilled with Lanes work and how tidy everything was kept. Last week we had Luke come out to provide an estimate for electrical work. He was thorough and explained everything. Luke is scheduled to return to complete the work.
