I don't have a contract with them. It was just one person that came out to complete the service. I had the same thing wrong with my furnace as my boyfriend did and mine was half the price of what his was. He came out on New Year's Day to look at it for me and then he had to order some parts and he actually came after another job at 6 o'clock at night to come and fix it so that it would be up and running for me.
Description of Work: He fixed my furnace.

The work went very well with Comfort Gallery LLC. They are clean, there is no mess, they don't leave a mess when they are working, they worked professionally, get it done, and leave and they follow up, they called us to see if it is working and how it is going, and we needed a little adjustment and they came in and did that right away, the boss came in to the house to see how it was going.
Description of Work: Comfort Gallery LLC came in and put in a gas fireplace in for us.

THE MOST RECENT JOB WAS THAT I NEEDED OUTSIDE EXTENDIONS ON THE INTAKE AIR PIPE AND THE AIR/EXHUST PIPE FOR THE FURNAC. THE SERVICE MAN HAD THE JOP ABOUT HALF DONE BEFORE ALERTING ME HE WAS HERE AND NEED TO HAVE ME TURN UP THE THERMOSTATE TO GET THE FURNACE RUNNING SO HE COULD KNOW MANY WHICH PIPE WAS WHICH. HE EVEN STARTED WORK EARLY THAT DAY SO HE COULD GET MY SMALL JOB DONE MANY THANKS TOM

Not well at all. Too mad to put into words.
Description of Work: Installed faulty air conditioner and told us we wouldn't have to pay for repairs and then charged us $875.00 without giving us an estimate. Took two years for them to fix the unit. By the time they fixed it, it was out of warranty and it would have been under warranty if they would have fixed it on time. Air conditioner they installed only worked 2 years and if I would have known it was going to cost us $875.00 I would have bought a whole new air conditioning unit because this one had so many problems.

Response from COMFORT GALLERY LLC
The air conditioner was installed in 7/13/2005. The first we were made aware of a problem was 5/24/2010. Our tech determined that the refrigerant level was low in the system. He recharged the system and everything seemed to work fine. We checked the system once again on 10/14/2010 at no charge and found the system slightly low again. At that time he added a dye to determine where the leaks were. The weather turned to cold following the call so we had to come back the following summer. At that time a different tech from our company finally found an internal leak in the coil and the manufacturer agreed to warranty it even though it would have been out of warranty because we were unable to find the leak on the previous call. The coil was replaced on 8/01/2011 under warranty. The customer was responsible for the labor which was not covered under the manufacturers warranty. The customer ended up paying $564.06 and the issue was resolved.
