Description of Work: This company came in as a second opinion for our Weil-McClain boiler system and found nothing wrong with our system. The tech had 16 years experience with this company and this company is listed on the Weil-McClain website. We are going to have this company maintain our system in the future.They did recommend primary and secondary tees on our loop system, which we will have replaced with our next service.

+ -1 moreThe service reps were knowledgeable of our old furnace unit, responded to our service requests in a very timely manner,and were honest and upfront with longterm repair options. When we decided to replace the old furnace unit with a new, energy efficient one in January, 2014, the price we were quoted was a very reasonable one, and the two service reps who installed the new unit were knowledgeable, explained everything we needed to know about the new unit, and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the installation. We have used Brandenburg Plumbing and Heating in the past and have always received excellent service. They will continue to be our #1 choice for plumbing and heating work. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: We had a "wall unit furnace" malfunction in December, 2013. Several service visits were required before we decided to replace the old unit with a brand new one.

+ -1 moreBrandenberg did a great job installing a new central air conditioning unit at our home. I had used them previously for a hot water heater installation and an Aprilaire installation. They did excellent work on those too. They charge for their actual time and materials, and their prices are very competitive. The invoicing for both projects was detailed and accurate.

+ -1 moreThey are better than some of the other companies I have used before. They are prompt and they answer their phones. If they fix something and it is still not right they make it right or they refund; they're very good. I think they're as good as I found. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.
