+ -1 moreBased on prior experience with contractor we hired on time and materials basis knowing he provides high value for his services. He was very reliable and flexible to our schedule. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with the results and we recommend his services to our friends.
Description of Work: Built railing on small deck. Replaced two older windows with vinyl windows in garage and installed aluminum trim and soffit to barn style 20' x 12' shed.
