Description of Work: Badger Roofing installed a brand new roof on both the house and the garage in 2005. We ultimately purchased this house in 2006. As we sat in the living room one very rainy day, we noticed that water was leaking from an light fixture in the ceiling. Upon further inspection in the attic, water was coming in on three out of the four 'hip' style corners! Called Badger Roofing to come fix this since the work was just performed. The owners paid about $10,000 to have this new roof put on. The owner came out and he was condescending (as in I'm just a little woman who knows NOTHING...my husband wasn't around) and stated that the pine needles from a nearby tree were causing the issue. So eventually he got someone over there to 'tar' part of the roof. My Dad came over with a hose and we shot water on the roof to see if the problem was fixed. It wasn't at all! So we called Badger Roofing back and they came out a second time. This time they tore off part of the roof by a dormer and re-roofed it. We ran the hose again and it solved the problem. We then tried the other areas by the other dormers, and sure enough this was the issue. My husband roofed for many years and he stated that Badger Roofing incorrectly installed the shingles around the dormer causing the issue. After much discussion and arguing they agreed to tear off the remaining corners and re-roof it. Which ultimately solved the problem...but it tooks weeks for them to complete this. The workers who did come over were rude and unfriendly. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Poor quality, poor service.

 + -1 moreI called to have an estimate done on my super simple gutter repair. The very nice receptionist told me that someone would stop by in a couple days and then present an estimate. I never received an estimate. It's been over a month, I would avoid this company if you actually want something done.
Description of Work: No service performed, I never received an estimate.
