He was rude, crass, and gave me a hard time when I was not happy about the service.
Description of Work: Our washer was leaking, and he fixed it, but it costs 375.00 by the time it was fixed (I could have bought a new one), and my husband had to help with it.

The dryer only worked again for about a year, had to replace the part he put in again.
Description of Work: The guy is a pervert. My husband was outside working and I took him to the basement to look at our dryer. Rude comments, and has a problem with his appliance "slipping" and bumping you where they shouldn't. And all he would say was "oops." I should have called the cops.
