 + -1 moreParts were replaced that didn't need to be. 24V transformer. On one other occasion I emailed asking about a price for a part, and they ordered it and charged me. It was $5 wholesale and they charged me $45!

Description of Work: They replaced an ignition switch in my furnace. It went well. They got me in the same day I called. I've been using them for years on my furnace and I am very happy with the work.

 + -1 moreI've been with them for 25 years. They respond to their customer very well. If they are not there, they call back quickly. They will schedule immediately and they come on time. They do their job and there are never any questions or delays. They're very personable and service oriented.

However, we did have to call them a few months later to get the thermometer moved to a different location but they didn't get back to us (assumed it was busy season). We called again and someone was sent out right away once our call was returned. Will work with them in the future!
