Everything went very smoothly. They took our design ideas and incorporated them fully. They were very thorough. The trim work and specific tasks were taken carefully. After the first winter they called back in the spring to make sure the portico had not been damaged by the winter weather.

I liked everything about them. They did a good job on the windows as well as cleaning up. They installed a good product.

They did a good job on the Roofing itself but dropped a package of shingles on the roof of our garden shed and crushed it beyond repair. They removed some expensive screening I had over our gutters and through it away without replacing it. When we called, they denied that there was ever any screening until I produced a sample piece. They then sent a crew back to "fix" the situation. What they did instead was to install some cheep aluminum screen that became distorted during the first winter of use and actually caught debree rather than deflecting it. As for the crushed garden shed, after several calls of complaint our representative finally said that they would replace the shed but his bosses over rode him and only gave us a $150 allowance. I will never do business with Waunakee Remodeling again.

I paid a deposit and they added a lot of extra cost from the original estimate. I feel that it was a bait and switch.

They were very professional and did what they said they would do. No headaches.

We were very happy with the quality of the work as well as the responsiveness of everyone involved. The cost was a high and we completely blew our budget but we are pleased with how everything turned out.

They cleaned up and I never even knew they were there. They were very good and very professional. In fact, I got some vents that need to be replaced, I contacted them, and they have already given me a price on it. It was only the estimate and the next day they gave it to me right away.

The initial sales consultation was ok but a little nerve racking, I find of all the states that I have lived in Wisconsin is the most difficult to negotiate terms with anyone. The sales rep wanted to play strictly to the standard estimate and I wanted at least some small incentive to work with them. After too much back and forth we finally got the extra fine see- through screens for a discount. After the initial deal was struck the rest went really fast. They scheduled a time with me and sent 2 workers. They did the job quickly and accurately and removed all the old window parts except for the parts that I wanted to keep. It took less than 4 hours. After the work was done I noticed a small hole in one of the screens. I called them back and they sent a new screen within a week and let me keep the old one. NICE! Anderson window inserts are a little chunky compared to others, but they are built to last. So far they have help up well.

From beginning to end, it was a positive process. The salesman was a first-class educator - so important for a person that knows nothing about defective windows and what to look for in quality replacements. The pricing was competitive with other quotes. Full frame installation was as explained to us and trouble free. The windows match our old woodwork perfectly. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Waunakee Remodeling, Inc. did an excellent job. They were very professional, and they carried out the job according to our contract. They finished the project in two weeks. P.S. The guys covered everything, they were very careful, and they cleaned up after each day. Right now I'm dealing with a different company for my kitchen remodeling and it has been an ordeal. I wish I would have chosen Waunakee Remodeling.

I was not there the days the work was done. When I came home the windows were in and the house was clean. I have been very happy with their work. We had most windows replaced several years ago and then did he rest up just a year or so ago. The whole job from discussions, contracts, work and review was professional and we were very happy. This is the best I can do from memory.

The work they did was good. They did ask me to drive to them to go over some things and that is the only driving I have done in 2 years. I would call them again for carpentry work.

Unless you have a large job - good luck even getting them to help you.

They are excellent quality product (I wish they were cheaper)and the individuals who come to my home are respectful and tidy and when they leave the job is done and there is no trace of them ever being there - except for the new window. As they enlarged a window, one of the workers had the saw and the other worker followed with the vaccuum. Just can't say enough good things about them.

I would recommend them, but they are expensive. The windows have a lifetime guarantee. The salesman, Jerry Franz, was very good as he was knowledgeable, responsive, and accurate.

Our house had the 80's Tudor style front and the rest was dark brown. We wanted to change the look. We worked with salesman, Ken Nelson. This was going to be a major change in appearance and he worked patiently with us until we were comfortable with our choices. The work began in mid-September. Gary is very professional and did a great job. We were so comfortable with him that we were gone the last three days of the project. When we got home, the project was complete and everything was so neat, you'd never guess there was a dumpster in the drive only a few days before. The quality of the work is outstanding. And I can't tell you how pleased we are with the appearance. This is the second time Waunakee Remodeling has done a project for us. The first was to remove beams from our family room and install skylights. Based on that experience, I thought we'd end up using Waunakee Remodeling for the siding although we did get a second estimate.

My experience has gone very well so far. The staff is very professional and highly knowledgeable in their field. They go above and beyond for their customers. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of work provided. I would highly recommend this company to others.

That was very good, we have good praise about them.They followed up on everything that they were going to do, the work got done in the time we had stationed, they met our expectations on everything they were doing, their workers were pleasant and efficient; we just basically we did not have any major problems with them.

Their project consultant came to my house to review the project and a couple of weeks later I went to their office to look at the windows they were proposing to use. At that time, I received an extimated cost for the project which I was OK with. They were going to prepare a formal proposal and contact me to review it. After three weeks I hadnot heard from them so I emailed their project consultant. After a few days of not hearing from him, I phoned and he said he'd have the proposal ready in a few days and contact me to schedule another meeting. I never heard from them after that. If they weren't interested in working on my project, that fine with me but I would have expected them to have the courtesy and professionalism to let me know. In any case I wasted about a month waiting the them.

The staff was punctual, professional and kept the house very clean as they worked.

The service was horrible. The bathroom looks beautiful but there was no project management. They went almost five weeks longer than they told us the work would take, with no real problems during the work. They would only work a couple of hours a day and that is what prolonged the work. We partially paid them up front. I would not recommend them.

My kitchen ceiling and dining room wall were damaged by water due to a plumbing leak. Two areas were opened to seek the source of the leak and I worried whether or not the repair would show. I am enclosing a before and after picture to show what a great repair job the guys from Waunakee did.
