All projects went extremely well. Russ was responsive, came prepared and on time, fixed the problem and charged a very fair price. I highly recommend him.

From the first contact with that company to the scheduling and arrival of the plumber - they kept you very informed of what was going on. Russ, who was very nice, gave me options as to how to proceed once he assessed my problem. They were very knowledgeable and offered a warranty to guarantee their service. Russ explained how they would be proceeding and again kept me up to date on what was happening and what was going to happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. He removed existing faucets and then discovered that the opening for the new faucet wasn't wide enough on the sink. He didn't have the tools or desire to widen the opening to fit the faucet. He Told my husband to do that himself. Charged $148, took our water supply lines when he left. Was on the phone repeatedly during the 2 hours he was here. Got the feeling he didn't even want to do the job. Our bathroom sink was left like this for weeks. Husband never called back, finally husband did it himself, saving us alot of money and attitude.

Jim was an excellent person for the repair and conversation. Definitely will use Russ' Plumbing again. No fear that the job won't be done satisfactorily. Highly recommend.

Overall Russ' service was excellent. He arrived exactly on time and made sure his feet were clean coming in. Because I had a new hard wood floor, he cut a piece of plywood to make sure the fridge didn't scratch up the new floor when he pulled it out. After hooking up the fridge, he fixed the showerhead (which I had tried to do myself) and didn't make me feel useless because the old showerhead was REALLY stuck on tight. I'd call him again for any plumbing problem.

Excellent. He came over the day I called him. It was a quick job but we were in a bit of a rush and he accommodated our request to come over right away.
