They service it every year and have high quality work, they are very thorough, they do check out everything. It's just like having the manufacturer here, they know their equipment they are very professional and they are good at telling me what exactly their looking at and what they're doing.

They really are happy to answer any of your questions, and tell you what they are doing. They are very good at interacting with the customer on a professional level. I got a really good deal. I haven't had any problems with it.

I bought both units from them, and I've had them working on them for eight years now, excellent work. If I have any problems they come right away, they show up on time.

I haven't had any problems with the units, since I have had it. I would recommend to a friend because of quality. Their equipment and their service is high quality, you can tell they are selling a good product and they know how to service it.

I really don't see anything that they can change, everything they do is top quality. The people in the office when you call they send you reminders, they are just really good at customer service.

They were very efficient, professional, and performed the service in a timely manner. They were on time, and we've used them for probably 4 or 5 years.

Provided information about the options for my home to allow comparisons with other quotes/estimates. Responded promptly with quote, scheduled installation soon after my acceptance of the proposal. Installers were prompt and personable, answering questions about the installation that were consistent with what I had heard during the onsite visit and quote. Communications with the office were easy, they also handled the rebates available from the Wisconsin focus on energy program. System has been in operation for only a few weeks, but the work they performed appears to be of good quality and professional workmanship. I am pleased with the equipment and it is performing well.

They did a great job. Prompt, professional, quality work. Conscientious about not tracking in dirt, and cleaned up after themselves to a degree usually not seen in this type of work. I couldn't tell they had been there except for the new piping. They coordinated the switchover with the gas company. Everyone was very personable, both in the office and the techs. Owner himself came to do the estimate and then again on the day of work to check the work. Very happy with the work and the experience.

The service technician Jim was very pleasant and even thought RG Heating doesn't sell my model furnace he was able to quickly determine that the problem was that a mouse get gotten inside my furnace and chewed on the wire going to one one of the capacitors that supplies the inside blower with power. He pulled out the mouse and replaced the capacitor and then everything fired right up. I was thankful that Jim had a spare capacitor in his van so that could fix it right away and even though he had to take apart the entire furnace it only took him about an hour.

Our a/c failed during a heat spell. When I phoned RG, I received helpful information about various models and pricing for units that seemed suitable for our house. I ordered a unit subject to confirmation for suitability by an on-site check by RG. They came as soon as they could to confirm the proper unit and shortly thereafter installed it. The workman was very professional, left the basement and yard work areas neat, and worked steadily despite the heat. Based on a comparison with a competitor's quote I'd received for one of the models, I concluded that RG's prices were much lower. Based on my experience, I was pleased to recommend RG to others.

RG and Co. installed our funace/AC and do regular maintenance. They call and schedule the appointment. The tech is on time and knows his stuff. They are polite, flexible and do quality work. I think their prices are reasonable, but not cheap.

The do all of the regular maintenance. They come twice a year. If we have any troubles, they will come back. They are prompt and do well with emergency calls. They are good people.

I am very happy with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Their service was exceptional; the estimator is actually the owner and he was so knowledgeable about the equipment and my needs that it just blew the other competitive companies away. I could have chosen someone a little cheaper but it was worth it to me to know that I was using a company that had my best interests at heart. I will use them again in the future.

For the quote, he came to the house, asked a lot of questions, counted the number of vents and air returns (no other companies did that). Called on a Wednesday and came the next day and got everything completed and cleaned up before I got home from work. Very personable and knowledgeable. Gave me choices for which size of A/C I wanted. I would highly recommend RG Heating and A/C

Good initial meeting talking about needs. Good follow up estimate. Decided to wait for installation. Went ahead with installation 3 months later.

Excellent. They got done when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. He also asked my opinion on where the external vent should go -- which I really liked. He took the time to go over the thermostat and gave me some recommendations on how to best use it.

I have used them a couple of times at both my current home and my previous home. For this job they did a very good job. One of the original owners came out and did the work. He is very easy to work with. He worked well with the roofer and the appointed foreman for the project. He even took some names from companies on the project for references which was positive. It was an emergency fix so I did not price on anything else. They have fallen behind a little behind on answering phone calls. It was hard to get them coordinated in the beginning, but they did get there in the end. They showed up when they were supposed too.
