The upgrades that Mark recommended for the shower were practical upgrades that should keep it functioning as expected for much longer than what I had previously. Mark was prompt to stop out and give me an estimate and installed the replacement parts very quickly even though I said that it was a pretty low-priority job.
Description of Work: I had a shower that was dripping no matter how hard I cranked the valves shut. I called Mark and he said that he could stop out to see what the problem was the same day since he was going to be driving past. He stopped out and said that the handle part needed to be replaced, but he didn't recommend replacing it with the same model since that type are known for problems. I opted to upgrade to a name brand handle part that had a single handle instead of the two that I had to use previously. Mark also recommended that I upgrade to a low-flow shower head since the one that I had was wasting a lot of water. He was able to stop back out a couple days later to install the parts which took him about an hour and a half.
