+ -1 moreWhen he answered the phone, he was short, unfriendly, difficult, and unprofessional. After trying to communicate for a couple minutes, I commenting on his reluctance and unwillingness to be helpful, and ended the conversation. I also called 10 other companies for snow removal off Angie's list, and received great service and willingness to help, even from providers who could not meet my needs. I was very surprised at his comparable rudeness. Disappointing; I would not recommend this company.
