I was very impressed by Julie's responsiveness and professionalism. Customer service is very important to me. She answered my call right away (I didn't need to leave a message) and set up a time for an estimate. Then we were able to schedule a time for the cleaning just a week or two later. Julie and her team were very careful with our furniture and knew how to clean the different types of material (including microfiber.) I had been covering up our couch with a sheet due to all of the stains from having two small kids playing and eating on it. Now it looks almost like new, and the kids are no longer allowed to eat on it! I am very happy with the service and would definitely use Julie again.

Julie and her crew did a great job as always. The house we purchases had some significant stains in the carpets and they were able to remove them. She does a great job of explaining what they're doing and any issues they see. Would definitely call on her again when we need our carpets cleaned.

Julie was very prompt in getting back to me and setting up a date to clean the carpets. Our carpet needed stretched and she recommended someone who did a great job. She and John cleaned the family room and were able to get it looking a lot better and removed several stains. They also cleaned the steps and hallway and were able to take away a stain in the hallway. They were very prompt and courteous. Julie returned my phone call quickly, which I really appreciate and was so flexible about scheduling. She also called 15 minutes before coming and came the scheduled time. She and John have a lot of experience cleaning carpets and their work reflects this. I would highly recommend Julie's Carpet Cleaning and plan to use them again when the carpets need cleaned.

I was most impressed with the fact that we had the carpet cleaned a little over a year ago and the company that did it then told us that some of the large dark areas were from wear and tear and they couldn't do anything to fix that; with one spot in particular I remember thinking, "that can't be 'wear & tear' - it's under where the recliner sits". Julie's team not only cleaned our entire carpet so that it looks new, she identified that spot right away as grease from a recliner (note - the chair had been moved before she got there, so she knew this just from experience/expertise) and the spot is completely gone! Kudos, Julie's Carpet Cleaning. :)

They are a great company, and I trust them. I have been using them for quite a while now. I would recommend them to anyone.

They are doing great. My sister says that they make it sparkle. They come in and do what they got to do. They clean everything that we want them to. I originally hired them because my dad was so ill and mom was disgust about keeping the house clean. John and Julie were just respectful of my dad when they were in. They still come in and they are respectful of your belongings. They do whatever you ask them to do. We had them do our couch because it was sooty. We had a party afterwards and one of my friends asked me if we got a new couch. I said that we just had the couch cleaned. They just do a great job.

Found Julie's on Angie's List, called. She was prompt in giving me an estimate after visiting my home. We scheduled cleaning the following week. They were professional, cheerful and did an excellent job.

I found Julie on Angie's list. I called her up and she was over the next day to give an estimate. Her rate was great especially the Angie's list discount. We set up the cleaning. the process was flawless and we are very happy. All of the pet stains were removed and it looks new again. Also, she called the next week to make sure were happy with the results.

Julie's was on time, professional, and did a very good job. They made a mistake and put a small snag in our Berber carpet. They notified us immediately, and we determined it wasn't a big deal, but they added a Scotchgard treatment to one of our rooms at no extra charge.

I've been using them for about two months. They are great. They are very thorough and quick, but that doesn't mean they do a bad job. They are able to get here and clean up everything and then be on their way in about 1 1/2 hours. They are usually very flexible and able to work with my schedule. They are also very nice.

Julie's Carpet Cleaning did a great job! I called them on a Thursday for an estimate and was able to schedule for the following Monday. Julie and her crew showed up Monday morning and went to work on a few very difficult stains. A couple of red ones and some brown ones that had been there for a while. John and Julie are wonderful to work with, and their cleaning is impeccable. They are very professional, flexible, and thorough. And, the carpets, which had been used for 6 years in a rental house, looked, felt, and smelled better after this move-out cleaning, than when I moved in. I would recommend them for any type of cleaning work. We really appreciate them both.

The house is a pre-fab steel house from the 40s and even thought they'd never encountered a house like it, they were enthusiastic about tackling the job. They did an excellent job and are amazingly hard workers. I have already suggested them to friends and would give them an unqualified recommendation to anyone needing cleaning services.

Julie and John do a great job and have been terrific to work with. I'm pretty sure that one of my dogs chases John around the whole time he's here, but he and Julie have been very accomodating and patient with the pets. They do a reliably thorough basic cleaning of all rooms, and they are particularly fastidious about the bathrooms (ex: overhead bathroom fan vents are cleaner than ever). They're also willing to try things a different way or add a service if I ask. We try to make it easier for them to do their job by clearing away our clutter before they arrive.

Owners perform the work and are very responsive and professional in communications. They visit the house to generate an estimate and schedule your job. They worked with our schedule to make this appointment. As noted, they were backed up on the day of our appointment and were quite late arriving. Perhaps this is why they performed such minimal work. We would have preferred that they cancel for that day and reschedule if they could find a time to do a more thorough job.

I called Julie and John after learning - with only a few days notice during an incredibly hectic work week - that my in-laws were coming in town. They accomodated my short-notice request and did an extraordinary job. The house sparkled. I have continued to have them come to our home to clean on a regular basis. They are incredibly professional, do a great job, are flexible, and are responsive via phone and email. It has been a pleasure working with them.

The company has been cleaning for me since last July. I hired them to help me and my mom out as my father was dying of cancer. We wanted to keep him home and I wanted to have one less stress for my mom and me to think about. They came in every week and were very professional about everything. They were very considerate of my father. He would ramble on to them about old times and what ever else. John and Julie would acknowledge him but also keep up with the work at hand which was cleaning the home. I have continued with them to still help out my mom and they are always professional. They will also do extras if my mom asks.
