I did have to contact this company three times in order to get a service repair call scheduled. Once it was scheduled, things were fine. The workers showed up on time. They fixed exactly what they were going to fix (and brought all the necessary tools/items with them so that I wouldn't be charged an additional trip charge). And my shower has been great - no leaking. It was costly work, yet worth it to stop the shower from leaking.

They were very conscious of the work they needed to do and cleaned everywhere they worked very thoroughly. They were very polite.Answered any questions I had. It took they 4 hours to uninstall and install 6 windows and install new molding around windows.

They were very helpful when we went to look at. They added actually I was in mess and that was my only contact with them because I went out for 10 weeks. We had the top taken out and my husband was down there with me. He came back and was here for installation of the door. We were okay with the price.

The men were very professional and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the work they did. The delivery of our vanity mirror came at a later date but was not only installed for us but the gentlemen even hung a magnifying mirror for us as well.

Overall an excellent installation, beyond expectations. Shopped every window supplier/installer in the area and they were, by far, the best value. Performed the work on the scheduled date, showed up on time, finished when promised, and cleaned up very well.

They were a subcontractor and they did a very high quality job. They were very punctual. The prime contractor said the shower door is going to go in on whatever day it was and they were here on time and the form and the fit are very good. So, overall it was just a good project.

I really liked and appreciated the fact that Hellenbrand was a lower cost option (read: not a super-fancy bathroom store trying to sell me a $4K shower enclosure!) but that they still gave us lots of design options and installed a shower door that looks fantastic. We have worked with other local glass companies on similar projects and found that although they did a good job, their options were much more limited (and much uglier). After Hellenbrand installed the shower, I found a small scratch on the inside of the shower. They were responsive about coming back to the house to buff it out, and when they couldn't do so because of the Showerguard treatment on the glass, they offered a 10% refund on the total price of the job, which I really appreciated. My only complaints were that their call-back / email-back times were slower than I had hoped (we had to follow up a couple of times to get in touch once we decided to go with them) and I felt that they could have done a better job cleaning all of the tape and construction goop off of the door once it was installed. However, the value for the money was absolutely perfect, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Installation went smoothly. All broken glass was cleaned up by the installer.

After 3 calls and no call back, I went with another provider.

Took an extended period of time to arrange an estimate as they were slow in getting back to me after I contacted them twice. They apologized and we booked an appointment and I overlooked the delay because I wasn't in a rush and they had good reviews. They came and measured the window - or so I heard - because they showed up two hours before our scheduled appointment time so I wasn't available - fortunately my tenant was. Then I NEVER heard back. No quote or anything. Fortunately, I had another company coming the next day for second estimate so I hired the other company.

They don't want the business.

Came on time. Did good work. Clean up.

Everything went well on all 3 occasions the workers. Were efficient and clean. Did a very professional job on all 3 occasions.

Super easy to pick out their showroom facility. We were in and out of there within 15 minutes. A few weeks later they called to schedule install. Install appeared to go smoothly and the plumber came 2 days later to finish plumbing the shower. When we cleaned the stickers off the glass (had to not touch it for 24 hours), there was a deep scratch in the glass onteh outside near the top. We called and they said they could buff it out. Their crew was punctual and came out to take the glass back to their shop. We received a call a couple days later that it was ready. The were set to install but allowed us to inspect it in their shop prior to...we were concerned about the repair and any damage to the integrity of the glass. They assured us everythign was fine and the glass is not compromised, so we are accepting delivery of the repaired glass today. The only disappointment on our end is 1) the install folks are not a good and quot;face of the companyand quot;...they lack customer service skills and made us feel as though we were a problem. In contrast, the sales rep was very easy to work with. and 2) Would have liked to have been offered a discount for the inconvenience, but were afraid to ask...

They were fast to quote.Quick to respond to calls.I liked that they didn't attempt to sell me more than I needed. Now when we do need a full window replacement this is who I will give my business to.When they came out to the house they were fast, polite and were understanding that I was trying to work at the same time.It is so hard to find great service anymore. If service matters to you I would use this company.

We've been working on a remodeling project for our bathroom for almost four years. Early on in the project we went to them to get information. Since we were doing almost all of the work ourselves, we wanted to be sure that we had the sizing right, the studs in the right place, etc. They were very knowledgeable about the options and requirements, which allowed us to design and build the shower area to meet their requirements for the glass walls/door and result in the finished product that we were looking for. They kept the information from the original quote (almost three years old) in their system, so it was easy for them to pull it up, update based on a couple of slight changes we made, and get us a quote close to what we were expecting. They also were very good about communicating the status, including the new timing when they broke one of the glass pieces at the manufacturing facility. They were very professional at the install and worked well to get the project completed in a timely manner, with good quality. Their attention to detail was also very good.

After soliciting several quotes for replacing our windows, we went with Hellenbrand Glass and decided on vinyl and quot;new constructionand quot; casement windows. We had a lot of companies give us quotes and it took us 5 months to decide what to do. We were a little shocked when the quote from Hellenbrand increased substantially during this time. They also changed their service warranty from lifetime to 5 years in interim--but they did grandfather us in when we asked. This was important to us because for the price, we wanted a full lifetime warranty. There was some confusion as to which model of window we were purchasing. Their supplier (Lindsay) has different names/levels depending on the manufacturer warranty (i.e. they sell the same window under different names depending on the length of the manufacturer warranty). They quoted us a price for the lifetime warranty windows (the and quot;Healthyand quot; line), but the windows that were delivered had the brand name stickers for the 10 year warranty line (and quot;Earthwiseand quot;). I called Lindsay directly and was informed there is no physical difference in the 2 window lines....they just sell them under different names to correspond to the different warranties they offer. When we questioned this with Hellenbrand, Hellenbrand agreed to honor the lifetime warranty themselves. I was rather upset by this, as it seemed like a bait and switch, but agreed to it, as I didn't want them to rip out the windows in the middle of winter and have to wait for new ones (particularly as there is no physical difference between the two lines). The quality of windows seems great. No problems so far. They look very attractive and are very easy to operate. They seal quite well and have reduced noise and heat dissipation considerably. We get lots of compliments about the windows. Hellenbrand sales staff was a little slow in responding to e-mails, but their workmen were very punctual when arrived. Workmen were polite, knowledgeable, and professional. They did leave the wooden packing blocks taped to the window frames, which I had to remove. My feelings about Hellenbrand are mixed. The quality of the windows seems excellent and the workmen were quite professional. They also did not do a high pressure sales pitch and did not do a and quot;dog and pony showand quot; of jumping on windows. Their workmen used the and quot;correctand quot; installation methods (non-expanding foam seal rather than just stuffing in insulation) and did a nice job. However, their sales staff was slow to respond and I was very unhappy with the mix up over the window brand. Although there is no physical or functional difference between the Lindsay and quot;healthyand quot; and and quot;earthwiseand quot; brands, the manufactur's warranty is quite different. For the money we were spending, this should not have happened. I am not sure whether this was an honest mix-up, or if Hellenbrand orders the cheaper and quot;Earthwiseand quot; windows from Lindsay and then charges customers the premium for the and quot;Healthyand quot; brand. While I am happy Hellenbrand will honor the lifetime warranty for Lindsay's and quot;healthyand quot; line, I worry what will happen if they are no longer in business and I need to deal directly with Lindsay. I am also turned off by the fact that Hellenbrand reduced its own labor warranty considerably. We have 8 more windows we plan on replacing over the course of the next 2 years. Right now, we are undecided whether we will use Hellenbrand again. I am willing to pay a premium for a high quality product and lifetine warranty, but in light of the window brand mix-up and their new reduced year labor warranty, I do not know whether the high price is justified.

They were prompt and professional from start to finish. First rate.

While expensive, the price was competitive for the size and type of windows we wanted. There was a lot of phone tag going on before we were able to set-up the initial appointment. The inital responsiveness was not the best. Once they came out to do the quote, they were very helpful, courteous and fair. We decided not to go forward with the windows yet, but are still considering Hellenbrand and will likely move forward in the next year.

They did an excellent and outstanding job. The price was better than the other companies. They were perfect and on time. If we replace our front door, we would use them.

Hellenbrand glass put a shower door in my shower about 2 years ago. I needed a piece that had fallen off my door and called them about it. They said I could pick up a the replacement piece at their shop. Instead he had someone who lived in the area drop the piece off AT NO CHARGE! That's what I call customer service! It is hard to find people who stand behind their product after they make a sale! Its nice to know there are other companies out there that stand behind there products. Thanks Hellenbrand Glass!

We didn't have other estimates done so we don't know if they were high or low. We thought it was good. They listened to what we had to say about the job that we wanted done. Tey called us right back. They made an appointment with us and they were on time. They were respectful of our space and walked us through the project. We would definitely use them again. They were very professional.

They were very good. They were very nice, very clean and very professional. They were prompt and I had no problem at all. They did good work and everything was done well. It was the going price but I didn't have anything to base it on.

The overall experience with Hellenbrand Glass LLC was good. They had to come back to clean the place. They had left nails and I have a little daughter. That was the only issue and the whole process was good and stress free. I really liked them. Their price was in mid-range.

Hellenbrand was very professional. Their installer was wonderful. After having a bad experience with another contractor we were very concerned about being taken advantage of again. Hellenbrand corrected the problems for us and did a good job.
