Very sloppy work and follow up. Huge disappointment and gave them several chances to fix it. Uneven color, and no topcoat. Looks horrible. Concrete patched with a rubber type of material that looks awful. Nothing like photos on their website. Looks like the cost for the job should have been about $75.00 - nowhere worth $2200.00. Even accused us of making the marks!

We really like them. We found them through internet research. They were straightforward about concrete maintenance and they are more specialized. We have had caulking done by an actual concrete company that normally puts concrete in for a living and they actually did not do it right and made it worst. This company when they looked at it, they knew exactly the way it needed to be and they could explain everything the other company did wrong and also fix the stuff. Then, we had part of our property where they have not been done yet that they did service work. For concrete maintenance, they are really good at explaining options.
Description of Work: We did concrete preventative stuff. We had them do caulking of the concrete. It was not putting concrete in. It was maintenance of the concrete. They do caulking and sealing. The name of the company is Expert Concrete Care LLC.
