Dylan and his crew did a Beautiful job putting curbing around our house and around our trees. They do a very neat work, and outstanding to work with. We would highly recommend. Love our new curbing!!! Thanks Dylan and crew!!

Dylan and Curb Appeal were wonderful to work with. They installed a retaining wall, poured borders, and more tons of decorative rock than I can count. Even during a busy season, Dylan was great at keeping in contact throughout the process. From initial visit and quote, scheduling the work, and being onsite and open to answering questions as we went along. The project turned out great, and our yard has a fresh new look. We can't recommend them enough, and we'll definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. The estimate came in slightly higher that what the actual work cost. The day of the installation, the team confirmed what I wanted, then were quick to implement. At the end of the job, the lead provided me some directions and also had me check the work that it was all ok. Though this was a very busy season for them (mid-summer), it didn't seem rushed at all.

The whole process took three half-days, but if it wasn't for some bad weather they could have completed it in two. Brian quoted the project and was there for all of the dirt work and curbing. Dylan came out for the curbing. Both were great to work with and their crews did an amazing job.

Install went well, and product is holding up very well - no cracks and no shifting, even after the tough winter.

Weather conditions dictated a later start than planned but work was finished in a day and looks great. Having them do 180 more feet in 2014.

Apparently Curb Appeal has a 'business manager' this year; I had better luck dealing with the owner, Brian, last year. I got an estimate last summer, but an unexpected surgery took precedence. I called in March 2013 based on Dollars and Sense advertisement to get scheduled for the 2013 season, and Dylan (new Business Manager) told me they would have to come out again for estimate as the paperwork was lost. He said he would call in a month or so when snow melted to get measurements. He did call and made an appointment for Sunday, April 14. I left a voicemail for Dylan that I would not be back in town on time and would need to re-schedule. He never returned my call. I have since called and left 3 voicemails and one email, and never got a response. Today I finally got Dylan live on the phone; he was glib in his responses, and told me I could go on a waiting list for late September, 2013. The bid was great, but it takes more than a bid to get the work done! I won't deal with this landscape service. Hopefully I can hire a company that understands the concept of customer service.

The quality of work they did was excellent. The staff demeanor was very good.
