I have personally built 11 homes, this has been the most organized, well informed home building process to date. Bryan, Jennie, Nicole, Brea, Bruce, Sam and the rest of the crew were prompt, honest, kind & considerate during the home building process. We selected CCHOW because of the high quality of work and pride of their finish product. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering building.

We recently built a custom home with CCH of W and were wry happy with our experience! Sam and Brea were super helpful as designers, also helping us stay on budget! Brian was always a phone call or an email away, and happy to help us fix any issues. We would hands-down build with them again, but plan to enjoy our new home for many years to come!

My family and I recently built a new home with CCH and had a wonderful experience. Bryan and the staff were all very attentive and helpful as we went throughout the process. I really appreciated being able to bounce ideas off of Brea or Sam as they were not afraid to give an honest opinion. We are currently building our third home with CCH. All three times have been exceptional from start to finish. The process is always seamless and Bryan and the CCH team have always guided us through each building experience. The staff is very organized with a step by step selection process which helps guide you and make the process less overwhelming. All of our houses have turned out beautiful with everything we wanted. We would highly recommend CCH, Bryan and the Team to anyone considering a custom built home.

We recently built our second CCH home and couldn't be happier with the results. Bryan and his team far exceeded our expectations (which were already high based on our previous experience) in every imaginable way! We can't thank them enough for the spectacular home they designed and constructed for our family!!! Building a home is a labor of love, especially when it is custom from top to bottom. That being said, when you build with Bryan and the CCH Team, you can rest easier knowing that things are going to be done 100% - all of the time. Luckily, we were able to be very much a part of the process, constantly stopping by the house to check on progress (probably to the dismay of Bryan!) and swinging in the office to make decisions and selections. I couldn’t imagine working through those past months with anyone else and constantly thank God that we had ORGANIZED, DEDICATED, and TRUSTWORTHY individuals working on our behalf to make sure things were done properly the first time around. Our house (being moderately sizable at around 4,600 square feet finished) was constructed in 5 months (Woah) and our new neighbors were astonished. Working in the real estate industry, we watched as much more simple homes got constructed at a snails pace while ours climbed with new exciting progress each and every day. I have also never seen a builder attend a job site as often as Bryan did, assuring that corners were never cut. We had the worst rains in Madison history and yet there were few days we didn’t see hardworking people at our new home (including so many weekends, very early mornings, and very late nights). We are well aware that this CONSTANT progress was very much due to Bryan and CCH’s reputation in the trades, and on top of that, we had the best of the best working to make our build become a reality. This particular year was increasingly stressful as we were planning a wedding, moving, and building within a few months. There were times that I was so excited and yet so stressed I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. Honestly I would have never expected it, but Bryan truly took me in and made me feel like I was his own family. My husband, Josh, would tell me he would often just ask him if I was “doing okay and not too stressed out” which was completely unexpected, especially from your builder. Being that this was my first time building (and my husband’s second time) I had a lot of questions and a lot of influence from my parents to make sure we did things right and assure we would have the build that would keep us satisfied not only in the present, but the future as well. Bryan was extremely patient with both my questions and my parents and while he pretty much had 4 sets of eyes on the house the entire time, he never made me feel like I should be doing it any other way and completely respected my decision to have my parents be such a large part of the process. Keep in mind, I am terrible at making any decisions whatsoever, much less ones that are (quite literally) set in concrete. Bryan kept it light and helped me through the process, guiding us with his experience and expertise to create our dream home. While this just touches our experience with a few members of the CCH team, there is no home that is built without the combined effort of many and we are forever grateful for the hard work of the designers, architects, office staff, painters, roofers, framers, etc. We get to wake up each and every morning in a place that has felt like “home” since our final blueprint was drawn. Starting July 2013 with the pour of the foundation walls Classic Custom Homes of Waunakee chief operating officer "Bryan" didn't follow the blueprint eliminating the concrete brick ledge support. When walls went up they were in the wrong spot resulting in a smaller room size. Windows and doors were installed at different heights. Interior painting was incomplete(closets not painted, ceilings not trimmed out). We started to receive bills for unknown and unapproved change orders and when we questioned these charges the job was "shut down" by "Bryan" followed by unprofessional then profane emails. We needed to retain a lawyer to help us resolve the unapproved change order bills so that the house could get completed. Reluctantly, we agreed to issues just to complete the project enough to obtain an occupancy permit. Per the original schedule from CCH our occupancy was obtained 3 months late but luckily within the construction loan timeline. To this date there is still work needing completion and several times during the summer CCH was scheduled but was a "no show" disrupting our personal schedule. We have current warranty issues that they will not acknowledge. We have built 5 houses in the past and this was by far the most difficult causing great emotional distress. In future projects we will check public ccap records on not only the company but also the chief operating officer for past and current company litigation as it relates to their profession to make our choices more wisely.

Wonderful ~ the home was finished ahead of schedule and I was able to stay in budget. I'm very impressed with the home, the service and responsiveness, the price, and the end product.
