+ -1 moreI called for an estimate for an alarm system for our house. I left a message for Carter to call me and he did not return my phone call. I called back the next day and he apologized and we set-up a time to meet. He did show up at that correct time, but never emailed an estimate as promised. I did send him an email but I never heard back from him. Now we have an alarm system from another company. I didn't want to go with a company that did not seem to want my business and was not reliable.

Description of Work: My home was broken into the night before I called Best Defense. Carter arrived at my home the same day I called to give me an estimate. He explained his system very clearly and was happy to answer any questions that I had. His team arrived within days to install the system. Each of them were very polite, worked with me on device placement and went out of their way to show respect to me, my home and belongings. Nate went over in-detail the operating instructions of the system, and again answered the questions that I had. The instalation crew checked and double checked the system and working working areas before leaving. I feel that this company went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Last night was the first in many that I was able to sleep with the lights off and was able to get a full nights sleep. Thanks for the great job that your team delivered!!

+ -1 moreHad Carter and Rich install the system. When they went to show us how to use it, they discovered that a fuse was blown. Apparently, when attaching a wire they nicked an existing electrical wire. They could have lied since once the circuit was reset we wouldn't have known differently, but instead they went ahead and redid the wiring to make it safe and right! That's honesty and work done right. I would recommend them without a doubt.
