They arrived earlier than I expected and was so happy they were able to start. Took them 2 1/2 days. The siding matched very well with my bricks. They were very efficient and pleasant. Would hire them again.

Contractor was slow in starting project but did a good job at a great price.

My husband and I had a sliding glass door put into access our patio. Seth, came out to measure and was very professional and paid attention to not only just the job at hand but was kind and personal. Their customer service was fabulous and they never got sick of me calling to ask when it would be installed. When the crew came to install the door, it was amidst the COVID-19 crisis. They were efficient, respectful of the social distancing, professional, and a very happy crew. They went over all of the door mechanics (toe-lock, handle lock on both the glass and screen door) and adjusted everything that was sticking or not lining up correctly. We are very happy with our door and use it on a daily basis. We are so grateful for this company.

We recently had our home exterior completely updated with all new soffit, fascia, gutters and siding, we went with window concepts after quoting with many different contractors. They provided the best value/cost ratio and above average customer service. Our sales guy made a few mistakes on the quote initially, but we are all human and he made it right before we signed the contract. The owner, Rick, was very attentive and sent out an entire crew to do our house after realizing how big of a job it was. The crew he sent out did good work and finished the entire house in 5 days. Overall, we have satisfied with the work completed. I would recommend WC of Milwaukee to others looking to side their homes.

Window concepts did a great job. The original company that supplies their windows went out of business, so they had to pivot to a new company to fill our order. That put us back about 2 months from our original timeline but very happy with final outcome.

They were willing to install just 2 windows. Many other companies require a 4 window minimum. Windows look great...would use them again.

Replaced old rotted windows, did a great job, extremely professional, cleaned up after, took debris away. We are totally satisfied with the job.

Their team was awesome from start to finish. Mike personally came out not only to my project home but my personal home to finish the initial paperwork because I was unable to meet him. The crew did an excellent job installing the windows and cleaned and vacuumed all the little specs.

Was willing to accommodate my time frame. The 2 installers were thorough and cleaned up afterwards. Only took 2 days to finish 13 windows.They look great.
