Extremely well! Doug Dueck was very friendly, and even answered questions that were not related to the problem at hand. It is the second time he has come to my house, and both times it went very well. I used home warranty, deductible $100.

I discovered the problem on Saturday evening and was still able to get a hold of someone. John was out by the next day and by Monday I had a new water heater. Service was courteous, quick, and professional. I am very happy with the service received and would use him again.

Doug was able to come the same day I called. He was very professional, personable and courteous. He thoroughly assessed the situation. The type of noise II was hearing was normal for the pulsing of the water. He heard no types noises nor saw any indication that I should have concerns about the pipes being under stress. I thought he might recommend placing or replacing air chaimbers, but said he could do it, but it wasn't necessary. Honesty....how refreshing. Would definitely call this company again if I needed any plumbing service.

Had a slow leak at valve and outside Hose Bibb. They came in and had it replaced and working better than ever!

I actually called them because I have a home warranty on my house and I had a kitchen faucet that was not working properly. They told me to call Express Plumbing and that's the reason they came to my house. This was the most awful experience that I have had in my life. Between my home warranty company and Express Plumbing. Awful, awful, awful. We had a technician come in the house, a master plumber come in the house. We had a faucet that we couldn't get cold water anymore. We could get lukewarm or hot. My husband looked online and it was the cartridge so he replaced the cartridge. Still the same identical issues. Nothing changed, nothing got worse, nothing got better, it was exactly the same problem. So, we called HSA, our home warranty company and they had Express Plumbing call us and then we set up an appointment. Their master plumber Doug came out to the house. Never did anything with the faucet other than turn it on and go oh, no cold water. Hot, really hot, warm. Looked underneath our kitchen sink, went downstairs to our other kitchen. Made sure that everything coming into the house was fine. Couldn't figure it out. Told my husband that even if he put the cartridge in wrong, that wouldn't cause the issue because we had the issue ahead of time. So, Doug now has to write a reason, what he thinks, to HSA so they can approve and decline the claim. The verbiage that he used was different than the verbiage that he gave my husband and therefore the claim was denied. That wasn't the biggest part, the biggest part was the Doug was not calling HSA to clarify this. Apparently HSA was telling me that they were calling Doug but they weren't getting a response from him. I called Express Plumbing and talked to Tracy who's one of the owners and she promised she'd get back to me and she promised Doug would get back to me and I never ever returned another phone call. Finally, HSA decided they were going to start the whole process over again and I thought, uh, uh, I'm not having this. I'm in sales and customer service and that's what I do for a living. So, I looked them up and I took an afternoon off of work and I went to their Bluemound drive and there was no store front there. So, then I went to Jerico and I got to the door and there was a guy standing by the door and he lets me in, this was one of the other owners, John and went in, explained the whole situation to them. Said, Tracy you were going to call me back, you never did. John's like, well HSA called me and told me the claim was denied and I said John why would you do that? He said, well, Doug said the claim was denied. I said no, it's the way he worded the claim. It wasn't clear enough, blah, blah, blah. I was probably there in their office for an hour and 15 minutes. Finally, at that time John decided, are you available tonight, are you available right now and I said yes. He followed me home and he fixed the faucet in 10 minutes. The other guy never even took the faucet apart. It was a simple little setting inside the faucet. The faucet works fine now but I had to go through hours on hold with HSA, multiple messages to HSA, emails to HSA, and Express Plumbing and nobody would get back to me. The worse customer service I have ever had from either company. It was awful. The hours and the time that I spend. I have a lot of integrity and I'm like, this is not right, this is not okay. I'm not starting this whole process over again when I had a technician in my house tell my husband that he did not harm the faucet in anyway, blah, blah, blah. So, I went directly to the company, walked through their door and sat down for an hour and 15 minutes. The first 45 minutes they were like, well, you know, stuff like this happens. I was like, this not okay. I have a faucet that doesn't run cold water and this is my main and I'm in my kitchen. I love cooking and baking a lot and I didn't seem to be important to them.

The install was excellent. The original rough plumbing needed to be modified and they did an excellent job. The work looks terrific. They were very professional and went out of the way to make sure the job was done right. I can not say enough good things about my experience!!!

I needed a permitted airgap installation on my dishwasher to satisfy an inspection contingency to sell my home. John was very responsive in getting back to me after the initial contact. He was in the home doing other work and informed me that he could perform the airgap installation also. Work was scheduled and performed to work within my tight schedule. Work and cleanup was professional and quick and he scheduled the inspection happened that day. I would definitely call John again if I need this type of work performed and would definitely recommend to others.

Doug was very prompt, arriving at 1:05 of the 1-3 time slot. He assessed the situation and found that the tub was leaking due to an improper seal around the faucet, and fixed that. I also asked him to give me a rough estimate of installing a toilet in the basement. Finally, I asked him if he thought the kitchen sink was giving out. He said yes and that it was quick fix for someone who knows how to turn a wrench and watch a youtube video. He said he could come back out an do it if I wanted, but that we wasn't in the business of ripping people off. All said and done, he left at 1:50 with the job done. Express Plumbing is my first call for plumbing issues.

It went great. I am glad that we were able to get it installed when we did. With the possible changes in water heater sizing coming next year, we may not have been able to fit the heater in our closet. (Condo with limited space). Express was recommended by our condo association.

Doug came out soon assessed the problem and quickly fixed it. The reason it was only $75 is it was covered under my HSA. Dealing with both John the owner and Doug who performed the repair. They are reputable, professional and efficient and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

They are so good and professional. They came and knew the problem immediately, and came quickly to fix the problem. They did a really good job. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing issue.

**The service call was fast & the plumber was very nice & courteous. He picked out the parts & new shower head since I don't know about this stuff. I thought the price was affordable & I would defiantly call Express next time!
