Called due to leak under sink. Old unit I was broken, so installed new unit.

It went absolutely great! They showed up ontime, were extremely professional and offered real solutions to repairing our hose bib. They also had knowledge of the WaterCop system and recommended a great solution. We previously had water in our basement and the new set-up insures we will not have to deal with that again. I HIGHLY recommend express plumbing.

The kitchen faucet was difficult to remove due to corrosion, but Doug did an excellent job of getting it out . The new Moen went in well. Master bath sink and toilet were removed and new owner-provided fixtures installed. Doug had the necessary extra length supply line in his truck for the new toilet. All fixtures were installed in 3.5 hours with a smile and no leaks. Great job!

After our water heater began to leak out of the bottom we gave Express Plumbing a call. They came out to diagnose the problem and explained the entire thing to me in a way I can understand. With three kids I was a bit worried about not having hot water for a while but in less than 24 hours after my initial call their team was hard at work in my basement and got things back to normal. When they finished they cleaned up everything and spent time showing me how to adjust the heater and explained its other features I wouldn't have known about if they didn't tell me. Very professional from beginning to end. They will be my Plumber!
