I noticed my water heater leaking on the weekend (of course). Entered data on ServiceMagic on Sunday. Someone from Vincent Plumbing called just after 8:00am Monday. We discussed my situation, he informed me of my options. Decided to proceed with them. They had it installed by 1:00pm that afternoon.

I found servicemagic, on the net, and submitted our furnace needs...Why not? Well, it only took 2 minutes before Jeff contacted me to find out what our needs were! I was shocked! He helped to set-up an appt right away. They came to our home to do a service maintenance check on our furnace and give estimates for future work that we want to do. We were extremely happy with the courtesy of both of these gentleman. They helped us to understand the ins and outs of a very old heating system (ducts and cold air returns). We feel very confident to work with them when we can move forward with other parts of the project. Thank you!

This project turned out to be very easy. My decision to hire a contractor was made simple by Vincent matching my previously lowest quote along with the highest installation warranty. Presentation was upfront and honest with none of the stereotypical sales pitch. Installation was done quickly and well. There was one fairly major problem which caused a couple of days delay, but the follow-up was done was done so well it simply gave me a higher opinion. Problems can always happen, it is how they are handled that matters. I give high marks across the board, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were here when they said they would be here, much quicker then we expected,and got the job done again very quick & didn't add any extra dollars to the original quote. Very satisfied. Roger

Vincent was the first to call - they arrived by mid-day and completed the service and had me house warmed up by 2:00pm!

I was called within 12 hours from my late evening request, arranged for a workman to come 2 hours later. The workman was on time, friendly, knowledgable and prepared for my project. The project was complete 3 hours after that. So I am quite pleased with the quickness of response and quality of work. The cost was somewhat more than I had hoped but I am quite satisfied with the results. Thanks for the referral.

This company was very professional, competitively priced, and worked very efficiently. I will definitely be hanging onto their card and using them a lot more! And they do heating! They were really great at a not so great time for my kitchen!

I found them prompt, efficient and very courteous. The tech selected handles for me that are easy for me to use. He cared about providing me with a perfect solution. Everything was done satisfactorily even the extras, namely the sump pump valve and the toilet correction. I especially liked the fact that the tech explained everything that was being done and why.
