The entire process was seamless and painless. Courteous, fair and concise. Sam, the installer, was on-time, friendly and helpful. The job was done in less than 2 hours. I would use Vincent Plumbing again in a heartbeat.

Jim called a few minutes after my online search requested for a Plumber to repair a pipeline slow gas leak. I described my problem according to We Energies, and I got a quote and an early repair date. Jim assured me that this company was bonded and insured, and would clean up any mess that might occur during the job repair.

Vincent Plumbing did a good job at clearing out a clogged drain that I had. They showed up early and completed the job within 10 minutes. The only complaint I would have is the price. It just was more expensive than what I would have liked to pay.

The personnel at Vincent Plumbing had great communication and were up front and honest about the necessary repairs. They were able to take care of my problem without me even being there.

We lost power on the original scheduled day, and Vincent Plumbing and Heating understood completely and scheduled us for the very next day for our furnace cleaning and 21 point carbon dioxide test. I was given a 2 hour time frame, and they called to let me know they would be to my house within the hour, and they were. Cleaning was done to satisfaction, advice was excellet, and they did not try to give us any false product repairs. They gave me a price, and there were no changes to it when all was said and done.

Estimate given up front, which was very much appreciated. Sam took the time to explain all necessary repairs on my pipe & faucet leaks, as well as recommendations to address some of my other plumbing concerns. He did the job well and left the place very clean.

I received a phone call even before I logged off servicemagic. They would have come to my home the same day but I had planned to be away.
