The serviceman was very nice and courteous. He had a co-worker stop to help him get the old water heater out and the new one in. He was fast and cleaned up afterwards. Overall it was a great experience.

Was on time and reliable. Work was good.

Vincent Plumbling did an excellent job of installing the sump pump & battery back-up. Jeff took personal time to answer questions for me in advance, and during their initial visit, their plumber listened to lots of my conversation and by virtue of some of his comments, I added on the replacement of my water heater as well. They were there when stated and finished the job very quickly. Only time & rains will tell whether the sump pump replacement/adder are effective but I have every reason to believe I'll have no problems. I'll go back to Jeff's team for future needs.

March 11, 2010 What a wonderful experience!! Price was EXACTLY as quoted (price was VERY reasonable, had another quote for four hundred more!), for replacing 40 gallon, gas water heater. Arrived exactly at time scheduled. Very careful of our house, covered the carpeted steps to the downstairs rec room, prior to dollying water heaters up and down. Left the area immaculately clean. Sam, the installer, was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He answered my questions in a way that I could understand them. He did not pressure me into choosing how to handle my water heater situation, but was informative in helping me to make my final decision.

Sean from Vincent Plumbing called several days before to schedule and on the selected day he and another employee arrived on time. They were courteous and focused. They walked me through several solutions and allowed me to choose the option that fit both my time and my pocketbook. They gave me an estimate on price and time and they stuck to it. I would hire them again.

within 5min of filling out the service master web page, Vincent Plumbing was calling my phone. They could not have made my repair issue any easier. It was like the technician was standing right next to me, looking at the equipment I was looking at. Super Helpful and could not have made the repair with out Vincent Plumbing.

He was on time and wasn't pushy about any option. He gave us the facts about each alternative and even my husband would not have a problem working with him. Prices were reasonable. This project is on hold but I would use Vincent when we are able to afford it.

Jeff Vincent was very helpful and knew what we needed. The crew that installed our boiler knew what they were doing and installed our boiler quickly. I would highly recommend Vincent Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

Keeps his appointemts on time. Knows his field of work well. If he doesn't know an answer to a question he fines out on the spot. Impressed me that he must be sccessful with whatever he does.

Sam, the plumber, arrived on time. Was very courteous, efficient and tidy. His estimation for completion of a job was right on target. Charges were reasonable compared with the other plumber that had been in the house earlier in the day. Also very helpful in making recommendations and answering questions.
