Have used Vincent many times through the years and they've always been very professional and dealt directly with the issue and never tried to sell us anything more than was needed. During emergencies they were very flexible to get out to us as quickly as possible which we really appreciate. Great communication about potential issues to watch for and why they could be a problem. Very proactive that way but not forcing us to do anything beyond be aware and watch in case it turned into something more. Great to work with and highly recommend.

Glad that they were able to come out so soon after speaking with them to replace an element in the water heater. Felt the price was a little high for the installation of the element because it did not take him long to change it. He added air to my pressure tank, but charged extra for that. Good customer service just a little pricey.

Service was excellent. But my issue took 10 minutes to fix but I still had to pay for the whole hour. It would be great to pay for what time you use. But other than service guy was professional and very nice! I would recommend them to others!!!

I noticed there was a small water leak under one of our master bath sinks. I thought I could probably fix it, so I determined where the water source was and paid a visit to our local Ace hardware. They sold me a kit. And I attempted to assemble the part according to directions. Put everything back together, ram the water, bummer. Still a small leak. I saw the Home Advisor ad in our Next Door app and and made contact with Amy Vincent. She set me up for the following Monday afternoon and gave me a time window Jeff (Vincent) could make it. He arrived shortly after I arrived right on time. Jeff was done with the job within 20 minutes. Great workmanship, good price.. I’d use Vincent Plumbing for sure, next time I need either a plumber or heating repairman.

Due to a broken water pipe and flooding going on we were in need of quick help and Jeff delivered. He did a good job and was very helpful in explaining how to help prevent future problems. I recommend this company.

Jeff Vincent called me back quickly. He showed up right on time, put in my new garbage disposal, switched out the under sink piping so it's up to current code, was tidy and cleaned up beautifully and one would never know he was ever there. A really good guy. And the price seemed fair for all the work. He's on my plumber list now.
