+ -1 moreTwo installers showed up about 5 minutes early to install our new furnace. The installation took the entire day, but by early afternoon we had a new furnace, our old furnace was gone, and they had picked up most all of the debris from the job. The two workers were also joined by an electrician for part of the day. Our one issue with the new furnace was the loudness of the booster fan. I called Jeff a couple of days later and he immediately arranged for the replacement of this fan with another fan. The new fan is much less noisy than the first one and I appreciate how promptly they addressed our one and only concern.
Description of Work: Jeff from Vincent called me immediately back after I made an online request for a quote on a new Trane furnace. He was pleasant on the phone and arranged to come and give us an estimate later in the same week. When he came to give us the estimate he was prompt, courteous, and did not spend extra time talking about phantom discounts, extra bells and whistles we did not want, and did not try to sell us anything besides the unit we requested based on previous research. He suggested we add a booster fan to help get more heat/air up to the second floor of our house. He answered all the questions we had, both on the phone and in person. After receiving his quote via e-mail and asking more questions about energy efficiency, Trane rebates, and the Focus on Energy rebate program, we made an appointment for the furnace to be installed.
