+ -1 moreCost more than others I have hired in the past andue did a horrible job indicating things that were there and clearly were not in the photos that he took. No hard copy of the repirt. When we complained we were told that he does not check for safety or cosmetics. He missed a clogged shower, dripping faucets, non working toilet, non working outdoor lights, non working doorbells, no lights to the basement, no outlet covers, non working outlets, doorknobs missing, cracks in Windows and carpenter ants in the upstairs bedroom. Cost us hundreds of dollars!
