+ 0 moreMarch 25, 2022 called for dumpster to be delivered on 3/30/22. No delivery. Called office she said road restrictions. Charged me $95 for unable to deliver. Town of Genesee restrictions lifted 3/21/22. She said my address was Waukesha so she went by their restrictions, which were off on 4/1/22. I told her I don't live in Waukesha. She didn't care. My address stated Waukesha. I told her if she looked where it placed it, she'd be in Genesee. She didn't care and said charges stay. I shouldn't have to pay $95 for her mistake. Asked for manager, she said she was it. I said I felt sorry for her company. I contacted the bank. She now has sent this to collections. I'm NOT paying for her mistake.

Description of Work: They hauled away a spinet piano, a Schwin exercise bike, a desk, a recliner, a dehumidifier, a file cabinet and some lumber and metal.

+ 0 moreThe company asked some questions on the phone to get an idea of the amount of material I had so they could give me an approximate estimate. I had another company come the day before JunkShuttle and that company quoted over $800. I decided to wait until the next day to see what JunkShuttle would say when they actually saw the material I had. They said it would meet their original estimate of $288. The two guys that came were personable, yet very efficient. They quickly got to work and speedily cleared the garage of all the material my husband & I had staged there. They even were able to add another item that I wanted removed. After they had everything in the truck they swept up the garage to be sure there were no nails remaining. They did an EXCELLENT job for an EXCELLENT price and I would definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to any of our friends or family members that are looking for similar help.
Description of Work: Removed all the material we had brought up from the basement after tearing apart our finished basement - lots of panel board, wood framing, chipped up floor tile and some carpet. They also took two old dehumidifiers and a large light housing.

+ -1 moreThe truck showed up early into the window they provided me with. The gentlemen on the truck were courteous and friendly, and dived right into it. They kept the truck out of my garden - which the city dump never does, and quickly got my mattress loaded and headed out.

+ -1 moreThey were supposed to come on a Saturday between 11 am and 12 pm. They did not show. I called and they stated that the driver had gone out of order. As we could not wait anymore that day, we rescheduled for them to pick up on Monday at 6:00 PM. They did not show. I called 3 times that night asking if they were coming and when. No one picked up. I called one more time and asked that they call me the next day to explain what happened and so we could reschedule. I called one a day for the remainder of the week. They never answered the phone and they never returned my call. I ended up calling another company that would be coming tomorrow. ($150)
Description of Work: They were supposed to pick up a sectional couch, chairs and a hot tub cover and dispose of them.
