T C Aluminum Affordable Gutter Systems

After getting multiple outrageously expensive quotes for gutter guards from franchised vendors using high-pressure sales tactics, it was a breath of fresh air to connect with Tim from TC Aluminum. Tim was the only person we talked to that offered different options to meet what we could afford and gave us honest advice. Our gutters were in bad shape and his recommendation was to install new gutters this year and then think about gutter guards next year. No one else really spent much time at all examining the condition our gutters were in and just wanted to sell us guards (at a premium prices, of course). Tim was thorough in evaluating and explaining everything at every step and helped us arrive at a solution that we could afford. Last, but certainly not least, his prices are extremely reasonable…we're talking thousands of $ less than even the lowest 'franchise' quote we received. I highly recommend TC Aluminum and will absolutely be contacting them when we're ready to purchase gutter guards.

Tim was very attentive and responded to my call quickly. The gutters and soffits look great and were finished efficiently. I'm appreciative because TC Aluminum came out in below freezing temperatures for emergent repair. We even had several medical bills at the time and Tim worked with us to make a payment plan. The house never looked better. I'm already excited for the GutterDome during spring so I don't need to climb the ladder every other week.

This is the second time I’ve used Tim at TC Aluminum. Everything went exceptionally well. Tim was prompt for our appointment and was very detailed going through all of the options for the gutters on the front of our home. The price for the gutters is what I expected, and the leaf guard/filter system was less expensive and better quality than some more advertised brands. Tim’s crew was prompt, polite, and did an exceptional job on the installation of the gutters and leaf filter system. Everything looks great. Some companies just do things right and Tim/ TC Aluminum is one of those companies. I do a lot of background/ research on contractors that I use, and I highly recommend TC Aluminum.

The entire experience was great! Great pricing. Didn't try to upsell me. Quoted me for exactly what I need. I got 3 sections of gutter replaced along with downspouts. Repaired soffit and rebalanced existing gutters not replaced. Also got gutter guards installed. Very knowledgeable. Crew was efficient and had great craftsmanship. Tim was great! He saw nothing wrong with the gutter system, but suggested points of possible improvement. He refused to replace gutters until I had a roofer check for possible problems there. Best advice ever!! I will be contacting him in spring for badly needed gutters on the garage.

Excellent! The workers were professional and courteous. Kept us informed as to what work was being performed. Exhibited pride of workmanship. 100% cleanup. Owner provided a detailed quote of the work to be done and maintained good communication throughout the process. Work was fairly priced and reflected the quote we received. We would hire them again without any hesitation.

On the agreed-upon date, Mike showed up and got to work and kept at it all day. The multiple-ladder setup and safety measures were impressive to see. Correcting the vent work took most of the time as he had to install baffles so the vents would work properly and then the new gutter with rerouted downspout was installed along with the gutter guard that I had already purchased. I could not be happier with the results. No more stepping over a trip-hazard downspout across the sidewalk and the view of the rear of the house is more aesthetic; the now working soffit vents will save me money on the utility bills. Everyone I was in contact with at TC Aluminum was pleasant, professional, and responsive and the price was very reasonable for the work done. I highly recommend this company.

I worked with Tim, who was very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. We worked together on a couple of options to give me the best gutter layout while making my home look significantly better. He provided daily progress updates, and let me know if there were any challenges or issues with the work that would cause a delay. Work was completed in a few days and we took 15 minutes to walk around and review the work at the end.

They went out of their way to address my every concern. No glitches from start to finish. High-quality product compared to other systems such as leaf guard. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

He showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Showed me samples, offered suggestions and his opinions. Answered all my questions. Gave me an estimate, said he'd e-mail a confirmation in the next couple days. If I get the confirmation tomorrow or the next day, I will probably go with him.

It only took a few hours to install. I was in constant contact with the company for scheduling due to them being behind. However, I knew about it before I signed the contract.

Tim is a great guy, nice, friendly and responsive. He gave me an estimate quickly and was highly responsive throughout the entire process. His quote was very competitive. The crew was ok. They worked quickly. However, there some issues after installation: 3 out of 6 downspouts leaked due to the pieces being too short and not stacked properly. Tim made sure it got fixed after I flagged but that was unfortunate. The hinges to tie the downspouts to the house are just above or under the area where two pieces are connected instead of over it (which would be optically a lot nicer and cleaner). We had some concerns that water was coming into the house and Tim sent someone to check very quickly who did a thorough check. The gutters were great and we identified the leak from elsewhere later on. However, it was very helpful that he checked and was so responsive.
