Description of Work: TECHNICIAN PERFORMED DIAGNOSTICS ON MY SELF-INSTALLED PROGRAMMABLE THERMOSTAT. HE DETERMINED THAT THE UNIT WAS MALFUNCTIONING. HE QUOTED A PRICE OF A MODEL SOLD BY SEIDER, BUT I OPTED TO RETURN MY ORIGINAL FOR A REPLACEMENT AND INSTALL IT MYSELF. HE SHOWED ME EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO DO, AND THEN RIGGED THE FURNACE SO I COULD HAVE SOME HEAT IN THE MEANTIME.
