Description of Work: installed a new carrier furnace. Rick and Tim arrived on time and replaced my 25 yr old carrier furnace. They were very clean and careful for they had to go through the front door due to the back porch having fresh paint. Not a nick on the woodwork! And answered all my questions. Very professional.... You can't go wrong with Seider. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I had no heat. The problem was due to a dirty flame sensor. They cleaned sensor and tested furnace and it then began operating normally. I also had a filter and water panel replaced. Great service and technician was very knowledgable and thorough.

Description of Work: Our furnance stopped working. Siedler came out the next day and fixed what turned out to be a minor issue. Siedler will now always be the company I call for all of our heating and air needs. Please note that I gave them a B for responsiveness but in fairness it was the first cold snap of the winter and they were very busy, and still fit me in for service.

Description of Work: I called the company for an appointment and was told Scott would be at the house at the arranged time. He never showed or called. I called the company the next day and the appointment was never listed. They said he would be out later that day. He never showed, but called my office a half hour after I left. I called and gavem him both my office hours and home phone. He never called back.

Description of Work: Our heat went out on Friday night. I called on Sat morning, and Vince said he had one other customer prior to us, and he'd be here between 10 and 11. He called when he was 10 minutes away and was here when he said he'd be. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything as he went along. He found water in a small hose in the furnace, cleared it, and the furnace was once again at work in 10 minutes. He explained that it may have happened due to some condensation from the chimney.
