Their answering service responded and said that a company rep. would return our call. We received a call within 10 minutes. The service representative arrived at our house in about an hour. He tested the furnace and told us that he could fix the specific failure for $x amount or have a new furnace installed for $x amount . We decided on a replacement furnace. He had a replacement furnace in his truck. It was installed and running in about two/three hours. Their electrician came to complete the hookup. The first rep. returned to build the plenum, remove the old furnace, etc.

They were very knowledgeable and provided great service - we were without heat and they fit us into the schedule quickly. The paperwork was very clear and explained the process for obtaining an energy credit.

Overall good, Bit pricey with service work, but quality work done.

I was able to talk with a technician on a Friday night, when my furnace started to make a really loud noise. When I described it to him, he told me he knew exactly what the problem was and reassured me that I did not need an emergency service appointment. I was given good information about the safety of the furnace being intact, and that I would probably want to turn it off while I was sleeping so the noise did not awaken me. When the technician came to my home, he fixed the problem quickly. I use them for my furnace service exclusively.

They vacuum and flush the boiler. They make sure everything is circulating properly. Whenever I've had an issue, their service has been wonderful. Their technicians are always skilled and knowledgeable.

Our furnace died the Sunday before Christmas. We called the following day and by 5:00 p.m. we had a new furnace installed. Getting the call going, the financing setup (1 year no interest) and the crew in for installation could not have been easier. I would say more but it was such an efficient project that there were no issues. From first call to installation was about 9 hours total. Keep in mind this was all the day before Christmas Eve 2013.

They call when it is time to schedule my home maintenance. Arrive on time and I never feel like they are trying to upsell me on any of the services they have performed for me.

Seemed expensive for the problem, but there is a min trip charge.

Central air unit installation was fairly smooth. It was installed in the fall so it was never tested. We have had a couple of code alerts this summer, but the unit is cooling well. They did struggle a bit with the Mitsubishi installation. There were some people involved in the process that didn't really understand how to set it up properly, and didn't communicate well. They kept at it though, and the unit has functioned well. No one could touch their pricing for either unit and it seemed like we got a very good deal.

We are pleased. Some of the work was covered by warranty and they took care of all the paperwork.

I asked for an estimate for a sump pump and a back up system.

I had an excellent experience with Seider - first time using them . Was very impressed. Woke up on a Monday morning to no hot water. Started by calling a nearby plumber who was highly recommended on Angie's List - he asked some questions - and told me that he didn't normally work on my brand of Water Heater (AOSmith) and that he would have problems getting parts. He gave me some suggestions as to how I might troubleshoot it myself but indicated that he really couldn't help me (THANK YOU - for being upfront and honest!). He indicated that not many plumbers would be able to service my model. So I went out to the AOSmith Website where I was able to search for an authorized service provider - I cross referenced their list with Angie's list and selected Seider. It was first thing on a Monday morning. I called - phone was answered in person on the first ring - I indicated that I needed Water Heater service - I was transferred and then I got worried. I got an "All of our representatives are busy" message, please stay on the line. I was frequently given the option to leave a message. After about 15 minutes I decided to leave a message. I normally hate to do that because so many companies don't call back. But not Seider - I got a call back in about 30 minutes. They asked for some more details and said that they could have someone out this afternoon. I asked if they could call when they were headed out and they said certainly. Now my jaded history with service providers, I normally assume that afternoon means 4pm or so. But apparently they take "After Noon" very literally as I got a call from the technician at 12:01pm telling me that he was on his way and it would be about half an hour and thirty minutes later he was at my door. Went to work and in about an hour or so he was done with everything in working order. He said it would take about an hour for the tank to fully heat up and an hour after he was gone we had plenty of nice hot water. I showed him the water heater - explained the situation - explained what I had learned from the basic troubleshooting I had done based on what the first plumber had told me along with information that I had found on-line.

They give excellent service. They fixed a problem I was having with the dual control. They honored the warranty.

The part was under warranty. They give good service. We were close to the end date and they honored the warranty anyways.

Install furnace and UV light. Install was not completed in a good and workmanlike condition: - air gaps between furnace and sheet metal.(corrected by second tech) - air filter cage installed upside down which caused the installing the filter very hard. (corrected by third tech). - Water leaking from pvc fittings that were not glued. (corrected by third tech). UV light installed with hard seal instead of soft, very difficult to change UV light. No slight glass installed for UV light as stated in owners manual ( a large square hole made in sheet metal near UV light also sealed with hard seal).

Had to call company 4 times before I got someone that actually answered the phone - this was over 3 days. Gave them all the specs on the hot water heater and service person came without the parts I had told the company the hot water computer sensor was indicating were wrong with the system. Service man had to leave and get them. Was told price of part was about 20% of the bill total. The rest was the initial service fee and labor. Took him less than an hour to do the job once he had the parts. I feel this very overpriced and next time will shop around more to see if I can get a better rate for the labor per hour. I used them because they had come one year prior to fix this same heater. Sad thing is the heater is about 7 years old now...

Diagnosed the inducer motor was fully corroded and needed to be replaced on 10/8/14 Returned on 10/15/14 to replace the inducer motor and make sure everything worked.

On Sunday evening I realized my sump pump switch was not working. I live in a very wet area and absolutely need my sump pump to work, so I sent an email request for service. On Monday Seider called and I requested to set up service for that Friday. they indicated they had time on Wednesday or Thursday. I scheduled service for Wednesday and they never showed. They had schedule it for the next Thursday (when I'm scheduled to be out of town). When I explained that I never would have scheduled it for that time the woman basically told me she was sorry, but I was out of luck. I took half a day off of work for this work to be done, and got no service and serious attitude from their customer service representative.

It was a special promotional thing. The guy was pretty thorough in terms of basic maintenance and explaining to us the various aspects of our system that he tweaked or that might need service in the future. I recall our A/C sort of went on the fritz between booking the appt and the day of service, and the guy got it working again for no additional charge. Very polite, smart, and helpful service man, he gave us a lot of tips for taking better care of our system.

Everything started out really good with Seider. The representative (who will remain nameless) that showed up to do the walk through was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. We moved forward right away with getting a new AC unit and furnace installed. We were told it would take 1 day to install everything since we already had all the duct work done. A Seider team showed up on the scheduled day, installed everything within the allotted time, and just as they were about to leave we asked when they were going to install the thermostat we ordered? They had no idea what we were talking about. We had to get a hold of the rep we first met with, and he confirmed we ordered and paid for a new thermostat. Turns out the technicians forgot to bring it with them. Sooo, about a week and a 1/2 after installation, and much following up on our end with the Seider representative and a lot of run around, we finally got our thermostat. All is good now, but we were extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service on Seider 's behalf. We had to do all of the following up to find out when the thermostat would be installed. The representative kept telling us 'Well, let me see if I can get a tech over there today, we had a couple of new jobs come up, so we're busy with those.' Um, ok, we already paid for the thermostat that YOU forgot to bring. It's not out fault, so why should we have to wait and be inconvenienced?? I finally had to be frank and say just that to the representative, and he sent someone over that same day. Even after all that, no one has called to follow up on the service and make sure everything is working well. I've been working in customer service for over 10 years, and in my experience, as a good customer service rep, you follow up on immediately with any concerns the customer might have, and if you forgot to do something, you take care of it ASAP! The customer should not have to be on top of you to do your job! Especially when we're dropping $7200! The AC unit works great however, haven't had a chance to test the furnace, but hopefully it works just as well. The only reason I rated them a 'B' and not a 'C' is because of the product itself. If we were to go with Seider again, it will be with a different sales rep.

Company called back right away to schedule appointment & called right away to get a price quote. Both he & the scheduler were very friendly & courteous. I feel very comfortable with using the company again in the future.

It was a good maintenance service. Their work was high quality. They were on time and were courteous and worked quickly.

d from the inadequacy of the system before we started using Seider's. All went very well. A few weeks later one of our thermostats had to be replaced. It may have been adversely affected by the constant calling for heat that resulted from the problems we had before we used Seiders. The initial installation of the new thermostat required another visit to correct a problem of how it was wired, but the return call was done very promptly and the technician was persistent until he found a solution.
