They were very good and the work has held up. I think another company would have tried to see me a new furnace, but he cleaned it and adjusted a few things and this one still works perfectly.

They were good. We usually try to get that work done every year and I think we had skipped a year. They are good at getting you in fairly promptly and call you ahead of time before they come. They have been pretty good and there may have one thing a couple of years ago when they came in and cleaned something and the next day something broke. They were very, very good on the last visit.

I made an appointment with Seider, who I had used previously at a different residence. They were responsive and flexible in agreeing to the appointment when it worked for me. The technician came to our home within the window of time agreed to and performed the boiler and furnace service. Since this type of work is fairly standard, I believe the work was done well and the price was a good value. I will use Seider again for future work of this type or more extensive work that may be required.

My furnace is working great now. The individual wasn't very talkative, but he did a good job.

The team arrived on schedule at 9:00 am, with two box trucks and 3 technicians. They were courteous, and very professional. They had the old furnace out, and the new one installed in about 2 hours, including time for a subcontract electrician to connect the power. They had no problem with me watching the entire procedure, and fielded all my questions with ease. After the unit was up and running they gave a complete rundown of operation and maintenance. I can see why they get such good grades on the "List".

It went very well. The gentleman explained how to maintain the furnace and put us on a listing for future discounts.

Awoke to a cold house and a furnace not working. Called and left message on their "emergency" line. Got a return call within 15 minutes. Service tech, Mike, was at our house within the hour and diagnosed the problem as a broken igniter in under 5 minutes. He had the replacement part on hand, and made the repair in under 30 minutes. We were back to a warm home within a few short hours.

Made appointment for tech to service our furnace and air conditioner (general maintenance). Tech arrived within time frame of appointment. He cleaned and tuned the furnace and a/c. Work was done efficiently. He forgot to give me the $20 discount for their coupon promotion of doing both items at once. However, when I called the office, they cut me a refund check and mailed it to me within the week. Overall, I've been happy with their service.

Returning home from some errands, we found our house at a cool 55 and knew something was wrong. After going through the "solve it yourself" checklist on Seider's webpage, we decided it probably was not something we could fix ourselves. The prospect of no heat for several days meant we had to call and find someone with 24 hour emergency service. Although the cost was extra because of the weekend call -- we were back to having heat within 2 hours of discovering a problem. The serviceman was timely, efficient, and professional -- especially since the last few days have been nothing short of hectic for them with the cold snap and now we were needing off hours service. Very pleased and will likely be calling this company for a quote when we replace the furnace!

I have an older home, and an older gas furnace. It had been a few years since I had a winter tune-up. I choose Seider not only because of their high ratings, but because they are bonded and insured. The repair man was prompt and professional. He explained the heat exchanger cross bars were rusted and recommended we replace the furnace. He said it was not an emergency, are we did not have carbon monoxide issues. It was a bit scary. We scheduled an appointment with the sales person, who turned out to be the owner Todd Seider. Todd was to the point, answered all of our questions, and was very reassuring about the safety of the furnace. He gave us a quote to replace the unit, and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't need. He offered to credit the service call fee towards the quote. All in all, it was a good experience. We are in the process of deciding about the furnace replacement.

The installer showed me how to program the thermostat and set it up for me.

I did not like this company at all. Although they gave me accurate information about my system and possible rebates, they were very pushy and I felt that the quote was way too high. They suggested that anyone else that wasn?t in their price range clearly wouldn?t be doing as good of a job and I felt like that was not a good business practice. I got a very negative feel about them even though I thought they were giving me the right information. The quote that they wrote up was very confusing and not understandable.

I needed to have the service completed prior to satifsfy a lien waiver prior to selling a condo. I gave the technician the wrong code to enter the property & instead of leaving right away, he waited while the office contacted me! Additionally, they were willing to work directly w/my realtor to fax the bill/lien waiver so I didn't have to worry about additional paperwork. A great example of superior customer service!

After turning on my furnace, it would not start. The next day I called Seider, based on previous recommendations from Angie's List. I called at 7:30am and the technician arrived around 9:30am. Steve, the technician, examined the patient and diagnosed the problem to be a faulty thermocouple which he was able to replace with a part he had with him. He also cleaned a dirty pilot light orifice. The whole experience took a little less than an hour. Steve was efficient, knew his job, and bothered to spend a few extra minutes discussing my questions about various furnaces. I am planning to replace the 'beast in my basement' in the near future and his advice was very helpful. I also appreciate the professional attention given by the entire Seider team. A family obligation forced me to give them a fairly tight time window in which to work and they delivered. Seider is on my 'A' list for any future HVAC work.

I am going to call them to come and do the maintenance. They are fine. It was a hot day and the air went out, they came out the next day. They were prompt and the pricing was fair. They send you coupons in the mail for a percent off of a check-up.

The experience was fine. They did a good job and everything worked out okay. I will use them again in the future.

I have had them for 8 years and I use them every year. My experiences have always been excellent. I always ask for the same guy because he is very thorough and he caught some rusting spots in a pipe downstairs. They are also very professional.

They were very professional. They went the extra mile to accommodate me. They put some extra selectors so that the central air would blow away from the stove in the kitchen. They painted the PVC pipes outside brown to match the house which they didn?t have to do. Their price was comparable to others.

The first time when I called them, they came out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Then they came and checked it. They were reasonable and honest. They didn?t bill me for things that they haven?t done.

They first came out in March because we had a fire in our furnace and they spent 7 hours taking the whole thing apart, cleaning it and putting it back again. They then told me that it needed to be replaced which was true. They sales guy was fabulous and explained everything to us and installation was well done and we are pleased with them. They are professional, responsive and punctual.

They offer fair prices and good work. They are timely and always give you a call before they come. The work is professionally done and I've never had any problems.

Honered the Angie's List discount. Upon inspection of the furnace it was determined that I needed a secondary heat exchanger in the furnace. Long story short Seider ended up replacing the part for free (part and labor) because of a 20yr warranty on my Bryant furnace. Great thorough work! Would highly recommend them.
