The plumber who came out, Vince, was clean, courteous, and professional. We were completely satisfied with the work that was done.
Description of Work: My hot water heater had begun to leak rusty water. I called Schoenwalder's and they gave me my options over the phone. Their plumber, Vince, came to our house and installed a new hot water heater.

Description of Work: They installed a small bathroom sink in a hard to reach spot. They needed to remove very old pipes and put in new ones so the new sink would work.

+ -1 moreTHE PROBLEM WAS WORSE AFTER THEY FINISHED THAN BEFOREHAND. I'M NOT A PLUMBER BUT I BELIEVE THEY TOOK A FEW SHORTCUTS WHICH WORSENED THE SITUATION. ALSO, I CALLED THEM LATE AT NIGHT WITH AN EMERGENCY SITUATION (WHEN I TRIED TO CHLORINATE THE TANK MYSELF AFTER THEIR EFFORT FAILED) AND THEY DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME UNTIL ABOUT MID-DAY THE NEXT DAY.
Description of Work: REPLACED ANODE ROD IN WATER TANK AND CHLORINATED SAME TANK TO FIX PROBLEM OF BLACK, BACTERIA-LADEN WATER IN HOME.

HOWEVER, ACTUAL DESIGN OF THE BATH IS NOT THEIR STRONG SUIT (I.E., GO IN KNOWING WHAT YOU WANT--SOME TIME AT HOME DEPOT OR MENARD''S IS PROBABLY FRUITFUL).
