He is excellent and reasonably priced. He came when he said when he was going to come and had done a very good job. He even built a scaffold to reach our second story home and offered to pay him more for that and he said no that's what he quoted us. He went the extra mile.
Description of Work: He has working all weekend on our shutters and brick.

Left detailed voice mails on 7/8/15 and 9/25/15 asking for them to come out and do an estimate on 70' of traditional concrete sidewalk, an area aprox. 10x8 by front door and steps approx. 12' high through a collapsing retaining wall (that I would then have replaced by them or another contractor). Never received a call back as of 10/18/15. Could have at least called to say not interested or too busy at this time. Very poor customer service.
Description of Work: No reply to phone calls.

Description of Work: We couldn't afford a really good fix to some crumbling cement so we asked for an affordable fix. That's what Rick provided. I would use his services again.

Description of Work: I got an estimate from them. I'm looking at a wood or cement porch and after talking to them, I'll go with wood. They were punctual friendly and honest. Because of shorewood village rules, the deck would be really expensive as concrete.

Description of Work: Poured a 30'x23' concrete approach in front of garage, re-bricked the chimney and did some brick repair work around a bathroom window. | |I had gotten a bid from another concrete company for the garage approach. Shortly after that I was at a friends house who had just had a very similar concrete approach poured. It was very nice, beautiful work. I asked for info and he told me it was Knuth Concrete. I contacted Jason, he came out promptly and took measurements. He asked thoughtful, detailed questions about what I was looking for. Gave me a bid in less than a day. His price was $500 less than the first and I'd seen his work so I went with him. I became very comfortable with Jason and while we waited for some weather issues I had him re-brick my chimney (small job) and finish some brickwork around my bathroom window. Excellent work, very good communicator, easy to work with. I'd recommend Jason for ANY concrete work!
