 + -1 moreTheir products are very well,very nice, heavy duty, and their costumer service is pretty good. They are in different locations. However, when I called to have some repairs, they were not that responsive, they do not immediately answer the phone.I have used other branches though that responded better.

 + -1 moreMy Rainbow System was taken down moved and reassembled all in 4 hours time. Travel time between sites was 15 mins. This would have taken us ourselves forever. Kids were on it immediately and play on it day and night. Now they're always in the yard where we can see them because they never want to come off of it (and neither do the neighbor kids!) Best investment I've made! Well worth the money!!
Description of Work: I have wanted a Rainbow Play system for quite sometime now but could not afford a brand new one so I started looking on Craig's list. Whenever I found one I liked it was already gone but I didn't give up. I finally found one at a great price! Only problem was taking it apart, moving it and having it reassembled. It was large with 2 forts and 2 slides. I called Rainbow sent a picture and got a quote. Everyone was great! I spoke with Todd a few times who was great and explained everything. 3 days later my Rainbow was up in my yard! In a matter of only 4 hours my play set was taken down, moved and reassembled. The installers were very professional explained everything and answered all of my questions. Willie was great! Im sorry I dont know the other guys name. We and the kids couldn't be more happier!!! I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
