Plumber came out and admitted to accidently breaking a galvanized pipe than charged me almost 200 dollars for the labor to fix what he broke. I called the next day and spoke with the owner. The owner was hands down the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. Totally arrogant, we would speak over me, and treated me as if I wasn’t worth his time. He even hung up on me. The actual plumber that came to my house was friendly despite the fact that he broke something. When I called the office another man I spoke with stated that the plumber I had was young and new to plumbing. Would not recommend if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly experience. Also, the name is “quick fix”, think about the type of service you want for the money you’ll be spending.

I should have checked his work before he left. He was less than reliable, thorough or trustworthy. When he arrived he asked what I needed done today? I said the the upstairs bathroom overflow tube and leaking valves for outdoor spigots. I also asked if he had time to check out 2 outdoor spigots because their separate from the leaking valves in basement. He said yes to adding the outdoor spigots and started with the basement valves then spigots. He had to make a "part run" for a spigot which required more time than he allotted for the tasks. As he was leaving I asked if he already finished the bathroom, he said I don't have that on my work order "that's why he was there and he lied about it!". I mentioned he was here for the tub because I need it fixed before tenants move in. It's okay to make a mistake but not cover it with a lie. A few days later I went to use the spigot and noticed immediately the ground was saturated because it was still leaking. I then went to the other spigot he replaced and when I opened the valve I noticed he didn't secured it to my house, so every time I use that loose spigot I'm reminded of his poor quality work. Someone else showed up 10 days later to fix my priority tub problem and he corrected the spigot. Check out my review of the next project Quick fix attempted.

It was excellent. The price came in less than what I expected. It came in less than two other companies I had quotes from. They also found a crack the other companies didn't find.

It's really nice to be able to know a good plumber and the Quick Fix guys were excellent. I was doing an improvement job to my master bathroom, but I don't mess with water, so I hired Quick Fix (Tyson). Tyson pulled out the old toilet and sink, installed shutoff valves, and then reinstalled all new pieces, to include a new shower handle. Because I was working on this project and didn't know when I'd be finished, these guys were really flexible, which I appreciated. Separate from the bathroom project, I notice my grass was getting killed from what likely was the discharge from the water softener. Tyson re-routed the line to drain from my basement rather than onto the grass. Overall, a great experience from Tyson and TJ. I'll definitely hire again in the future and they have my highest recommendation. I believe they are honest, courteous, and committed to doing the job correctly.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced bathroom sink, toilet, and shower handle; installed shutoff valves; re-routed water softener discharge line.
