Description of Work: John impressed us as being a straight-shooter. He gave us his opinion as to what options we had and did not try to pressure us into any decision. He was very punctual and kept his appointment time. Right now, we have decided to try to do the job ourselves, but will certainly keep PuroClean in mind if we need outside help.

Description of Work: They responded to a sewer backup. I believe every thing was sterilized well. My problem with them was that they had to repair dry wall and I asked if it would be dusty and was assured that it would not because of the equipment they used. It was very dusty and if I had known, I would have covered things with sheets. I had alot of additional cleanup after they left.

Description of Work: Called Puro-Clean on Monday to see if they would work in Jefferson County and set up appointment for Wed. John called on Tuesday and came that day! After explaining the conditions, he tested the wall for moisture and said that I could do the clean-up as it was small. He gave me detailed instructions and the name of products to use and where to get them. Didn't charge even a service charge. Would use if ever needed. Plus, his company sent people to help with the Hurricane Sandy clean-up
