Project was completed in the expected time frame. When issues arose, they were addressed in a professional and expedited manner. Photographs were taken on a daily basis and provided to us without our needing to ask - there is definite pride in the work taken by the owner of the firm and it shows in his work. Our final bill was within 2.2% of original quote, which was very good and we were satisfied with the price. Cleanup of site was done on a daily basis and it was obvious that the contractor took care of our building as if it were his own. Contractor's specialty is the commercial roof environment and for this I would highly recommend their services.

I called Phoenix the day we had leaking from the roof they had installed. I got an answering machine and got no return call after leaving two messages. I had the cell phone number of the owner hand written on the contract, so I called that number. The owner, Craig, asked me to fax information to him. I faxed the contract and receipt from the job. When he did not call back the next day, I called him again and he said he would come by the next day between 8 and 11 am to look at the problem. At 3:30 pm, after he had not shown up, I called his cell phone again and got an answering service. I left a message saying that he should at least give me the courtesy of telling me he was not coming. Never heard from him. I would not recommend his services.
