 + -1 moreThey were excellent. The young man who did the job was very polite and did an excellent, quality job. I had mistakenly thought that they were coming today, but they were actually scheduled for a week from today. It turned out they had a cancellation, so they came out and did the job a week early.
Description of Work: Cleaned living room, dining room, steps and upper hallway, steps and lower hallway.

 + -1 moreThey were very good and provided me with a quote ahead of time. They were prompt in arriving, removed all of the stains, worked quickly and were courteous. They also gave me an estimate on what I could have saved by moving the furniture myself, which was nice to see.
Description of Work: They cleaned the carpeting in our dining, living and family rooms. All three had food and drink stains on them (we had the carpets cleaned after we hosted a New Year's Eve party).

ONE OF THE BEST CONTRACTORS WE''VE EVER WORKED WITH. A LIFE AND HOME SAVER!
Description of Work: WE HAD OVERNIGHT SEPTIC BACK UP INTO OUR MAIN FLOOR BATHROOM, INTO THE KITCHEN, AND THROUGH THE FLOOR INTO THE BASEMENT. TOO MUCH TO DEAL WITH ON OUR OWN!!! KEVIN CAME IN AND THOROUGHLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED OUR HOUSE EARLY IN THE MORNING. HE TORE OUT ALL DAMAGED ITEMS AND DISPOSED OF THEM. HE WAS SENSITIVE TO INSURANCE LIMITATIONS. HE COULD HAVE ARRANGED FOR ALL OF THE SUB-CONTRACTING REPAIR WORK IF WE COULDN''T DO IT ON OUR OWN. I DON''T THINK WE COULD HAVE HANDLED IT WITHOUT HIS HELP!
