Rating of 0 out of 1 to 5. Not only does Ne3 do horrible work and horrible repairs, his customer service sucks. Six months of arguing with him on getting our driveway repaired and it still is not repaired. Repaired stoop looks like ****. He doesn’t want to repair our driveway because he’ll “loose money” on it. Next talk will be with our lawyer. DO. NOT. hire this company if you want good work and good customer service. You’ll be disappointed.

Ed started work on 7/2/2015 and was a very hard worker. He explained what we should expect when the project was over, and then got to work. He's efficient and professional, and only took a few days to complete. The planter looks a million times better than what was there before (I never thought about taking a 'before' picture). Worth every penny!!

NE3 arrived on time, broke up and removed the old concrete on day 1, set the forms on day 2, poured the concrete and did the surface finishing on day 3, removed the forms and cleaned up the site on day 4. Very courteous and professional crew. I had this job quoted in 2013 by another contractor. NE3 quoted the work and did the job for about half the price of the previous quotation. They took care to remove the old concrete and pour the new while treating my lawn as gently as possible. They removed old stone margins to the original walkways and stacked the stone up as I had requested. When they had questions as to exactly how I wanted an aspect of the work handled, they asked. A job like this requires some intrusion into a homeowner's daily activities, but NE3 did the work very unobtrusively.

Ed was first hired to stamp our front porch concrete. Nearly 200 sq ft. It turned out fantastic. We just hired him to build knee walls with 6 pillars on our back patio. They turned out great.
