Having the service come to my location was very convenient. Pete was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely use again and recommend to others.

It always goes well with Pete. Has always (several times over a few years) been able to take care of all issues as I continue to keep two Lawn Boys operating simply because I love these mowers for several reasons. Pete always satisfies and the conversation is great also.

Very simple, easy process. Had an email conversation with the provider. He asked that we left our snowblower and mower outside on a Saturday because he was in the area. While we were away, he serviced, sent me an invoice later. Mower now runs much smoother. I was very happy with convenience. Cost seemed reasonable. No complaints at all.

lawn mower was blowing smoke, due to dirty filter, Pete did general service, sharpened blade, changed filter. I gave him an estimated time of when I would be home from work. He was waiting for me when I got home. Very personable. I've used his services several times over the years for my lawn mower and snow blower. And will continue to use his services, It is so convenient that he comes right to my home. I could not pick my mower up to take somewhere for service. Would recommend him to everyone

He is a prompt, courteous, friendly, energetic young man. He returned my call quickly and set an appt. (a few hour time span). He arrived within the time period stated, set to work, plugged in for electricity and worked steadily out of his trailer on the mower for over 45 minutes. He changed the oil, cleared the deck, checked the spark plug, cleaned the air filter, sharpened the blade, lubed, adjusted and inspected all basic functions of the mower. He could not change the belt as he did not have it with him, but quickly offered to return and change the belt (if I wished) for cost of belt only ($35). I mentioned my snow blower and he readily filled it with gas and tried to start it up but alas to no avail! He promised to email me and set up an appt. if I wished. He followed through quickly, as he is always efficiently working off of his electronic tablet. He also emailed the receipt. I like to have the paper receipt immediately after the work is completed but I understand with the number of clients the email is the most efficient way. I was a bit startled when he used a few colorful words (CR*P, SH*T), but I was not offended because he used them so naturally and without malice. He was very hardworking and conscientious throughout the process and I would highly recommend him for those reasons.

He was competent, professional, and the service was extraordinarily convenient. He has a mobile shop in his truck, and he was able to come to my driveway and repair my snowblower right there. He was also very friendly. Since he did the job, I have had him come back many times.

They make a definite appointment for whatever is going to be done. If something else needs to be done, or a part needs to be ordered, (they carry many common parts on the truck) they will be there on the date and at the appointed time to complete the repair. Great to work with and very pleasant.

Pete called on Friday and came to my house on Saturday morning. Riding mower would not stay running and was leaking gas from carberator. He did a couple of test and determined a more serious issue that would involve a follow up appointment. He scheduled me for the following week to repair the mower and sharpen mower blades. Pete was very responsive and timely.

Nice guy, timely. Got everything started. The cost is more than reasonable.

Pete arrived on time at my house. He cleaned the carburetor, replaced the spark plug and adjusted the recoil and SP cables.

I am disappointed with them, although they are fine workwise. When I called them last year to tune up my lawn mower, they told me that they didn't come to the south side anymore. It is a Northside company and probably because of gas, they don't come to the South side. I always liked them but they just refused to come last time which is not good because you don't turn your back on proven customers. I have no problem with the work that they did for me both on the lawn mower and snow blowers, but I would never use them again even if they came back to the south side because they refused to come this side.

Pete came exactly when said he would. Gave me several options on how to progress - whether it was worth mending the pressure washer of buying a new one. Upon several email discussions on buying a new carburetor and getting Pete to install it - we decided to go with a new appliance in the end. Excellent service. Would use again

The pullcord on our lawnmower broke, and the local hardware store said it would be three weeks before they could get to it. Pete returned my call promptly and had John out to the house within a few days. John gave me an estimate for the repair and a tune-up, then spent about 1/2 hour working on it. When he finished up, he let me know it would actually be about $20 less than the initial estimate. I would definitely use them again, especially for snowblower work - the convenience of having them come to the house can't be overrated!

It was a wonderful service. It was my first time with them, it was good, and I was impressed. They were very professional and efficient. I got additional work done that I paid for but the inspection was the price that it was quoted as. The lawn mower repair job was great too and it was a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

After tinkering with my snowblower for several years, I finally called Mowers and Blowers to have a look at it. He explained that my original 10 year-old carburetor was originally plastic and it would be replaced with an aluminum one. Pete came out and replaced it as soon as the part was in. I used the snowblower today and it ran like I just bought it. Well worth the money.

Excellent. Pete's a good guy, always hires people who have good customer service. I've used them for both my mower and my blower and will use again. Very reliable company that I recommend without hesitation.

Have had both work on site ( he has a tool van) and where they have taken and returned. Always responsive. Trust his opinions ( whether to continue to repair, or buy new, etc.) Recommend.

They looked at my snowblower and noticed several items that needed to be replaced. Those items were not absolutely necessary and I requested that they just get the snowblower running. After looking at the carburetor I was told that it would also need to be replaced. At that point they said was probably not worth it because of the cost. I really appreciated their honesty.

They had the snow thrower running in less than 30 minutes. Did the work on site, and explained what they found as the issue.
