+ 1 moreThis company does not take responsibility in their mistakes. After receiving another round of damage and defective cabinets, I waited the 2 weeks and called to figure out when I would receive my delivery just to find out they forgot to place the order. When they forgot to place the order my salesperson Doug, blamed "Steve" for not placing the order. This company delayed my project by over 7 extra weeks and countless extra hours dealing with the defects and damage.
Description of Work: I would highly recommend ordering cabinets from a different company. It took over 12 weeks to get complete cabinets without damage or defects delivered when it was suppose to be 4 weeks. Even with damaged cabinets being delivered, Marling Homeworks would not expedite. I had to call every time to set up delivery and each time "oh I was going to call you the cabinets just got into the warehouse". When I asked for a discount on the cabinets or something due to the numerous set backs and time wasted dealing with the problems and inconveniences, I was told people need to learn to deal with inconveniences and cabinets with minor dings and scratches should be overlooked. Don't waste your time with this company.
