He looked at our fireplace and told us what needed to be fixed, but said it was fine for now - he didnâ t try to sell us on fixing something that wasnâ t broken, and then sent proposals for a couple of options for repair in the future. I felt that he was very thorough and honest!

Customer Service was excellent from booking the appointment through the actually service itself. I also appreciated Mike's honesty with future work that needed to be done and it's pricing. When he discovered I was a first time fireplace owner, he took the time to educate me on how to properly operate and clean the fireplace. He also took his time explaining his findings and showing me the evidence behind it. He did not leave until I fully understood what he was explaining and until he answered all my questions. He even extended and reached out to me to let me know I could call him anytime with questions.
